This process converts the A2 milk from the Gir Cows into curd and this enzyme rich curd is churned using a wooden bilona to produce (white butter) Makhhan which is then heated over a low organic flame to create pure Gir Cow A2 Ghee. Came across yr site accidentally. Love the fact cows can roam free so try are not stressed out because the stress builds up cortisol levels which suppresses their immune system and then we are drinking their milk

*Sorry to Say but This is not a Genuine process to make a Pure Ghee like this* *Pure Ghee Means Metal Less Process and All Procedure follows by Mud Utensils and Wooden Churning etc, that's called pure ghee not like this shown in this Video*
