Penny isnt (no offence) she was a girl who knew about her princpals plans she is also the princpals daughter and thats how she knows about the princpals plans to turn kids into monsters and take over outher schools one time a monster got out and almost killed her. The princpal put her back together with inprovments and now controls penny along with the monsters in one ending pennys chip fries and she helps u defeat the princpal srry if its long
