I first heard of this amazing husband and wife team when I was on active duty in the military. I was stationed in Okinawa Japan in 2006-2007. I remember grooving to their music while I was driving to one of the other military base or driving around the island on my free time.

I had the privilege of meeting Fatin Dantzler and Aja Dantzler at the Atlanta airport (2016-ish) when I was a police officer for the City of Atlanta. They were unloading their bags from a vehicle to catch a flight and a brotha' was star struck - mind you, I've seen a lot of celebs and was never "struck" or impressed. Yet, I had to tell them how much I appreciated their body of work and how impactful their music has been on us. The highlight was that they allowed me to call my Goddess (wife) and they spoke with her for a few minutes on the cell phone and then gave me an autographed poster that we still cherish to this day. Now, here we are going on 17 years this year and Kindred the Family Soul is and will ALWAYS be the theme to our love story. Thank you not only for being an example, but for also inspiring and encouraging love stories rooted in longevity - like the one I'm experiencing now. Truly...
