2:47 why do we ignore the constant (1/2) when doubling the speed or mass to findout the change it does to kinetic energy? Thanks

A bit tricky bro. But just observe properly that it does not matter what the constant is, let's say it was 'a' instead of (1/2). The same number will be multiplied anyhow to any constant after doubling the mass or velocity.

7:30 that makes sense , u can calculate it assuming ("a=g") , so like at point "A" it has "V0=0" and just calculate "Vf" (V finale) using "Vf*2=V0*2+2ad" and u will get something like this "KE=4898.45J=4900J", it makes sense
