King Charles Delivers First Public Message Since Kate’s Health Diagnosis

2 ай бұрынKing Charles recorded a powerful Easter message for the Royal Maundy Service praising people who “extend the hand of friendship, especially in a time of need”.
It is the King’s first public words since the Princess of Wales revealed that she was undergoing chemotherapy.
Charles also apologised for not being able to attend Worcester Cathedral with his wife Queen Camilla.

Because much of hiscwealth comes from the ownership of agricultural land, he has pioneered sustainable farming in the UK.

As a US 🇺🇸 citizen, I have always loved and admired the Royal Family 🇬🇧, Queen Elizabeth and Charles in particular. I pray that both Charles and Kate will return to great health and family duties as quickly as possible! 🛐🙏💒💕

@@lidijabirsa7768, I am not sure how many monastery restorations he has been involvrd eith. I just know about his involvement with the Hilandari Serbian Monastery on Mount Athos. The restoration of ancient buildings is one of his passions. He has a strong intetest in the Orthodox Church as his paternal Grandmother was Orthodox. So I would not be quite to quick to foubt, if i were you.

@@arealphoney He made donation for the reconstruction of the Hilandar monastery, Athos, GREECE (after the fire). And yes, it is the only Serbian Orthodox monastery on Athos and Serbian Church is grateful for that donation. I know that his father was GREEK Orthodox. I asked what exactly church in Serbia?! None!

Listening and watching Their Majesties, I always wonder what an undertaking for them at that age. But they perform their duties together with such devotion, grace and dedication. Queen Elizabeth was a true model of life service. I then think back to history when Queen Victoria became Queen at 18. Wow! So young, and you are now the monarch of an empire. As an American woman, I am so impressed with the traditions of the British people.
