Huge Deep Fried seafood dipped in cheese sauce; fried king crab legs and fried lobster mukbang
This was definitely a seafood Mukbang filled with crunchy sounds and big bites. I really love alfredo sauce and this cheese sauce is everything! the fried pickles are amazing, so is the fried shrimp! Wow, this is a huge deshelled seafood boil.
I used Samyang 2x spicy nuclear fire sauce, in this cheesy fried food Mukbang.

I’m 8 months pregnant 3rd pregnancy and this one it’s been difficult for me to eat. I watch your videos to encourage myself to eat or while I’m eating and just pretend the food is what’s on your plate. I haven’t been eating much and you’ve been helping me these past couple of weeks. @haneen alki Hi Haneen. Thank you for reaching out to me.😊 It is not so much about dieting, it's more of a lifestyle change. If you drink any kind of sweet drinks, cut those out. They are empty calories. Try and drink water. Drinking it ice cold helps in weight lose. If you are not an avid exerciser, that's ok, but you need to do some cardio. Take a brisk walk. Walking will help shed some weight. I'm not sure if you use weights, if you don't it's ok. But doing any kind of strength training will help turn fat into muscle. I have an auto immune disease, which prevents me from doing a lot of exercise. I am also about to see if I have Parkinson's disease. Double Wammy. But I have a great attitude, which helps to motivate you. I do strength training on the couch or the chair. Doing leg lifts, even a small amount will help flatten your tummy. Lift your legs 5 or ten times and tighten your stomach. Also, anything you do with weights can be done without weights. Just tighten your muscles when doing them. So the exercises you may see people do with arm exercises, you can mimic those without weights if you are unable to use them. Try to stay away from a lot of sweets, I'm sure you've heard that before. Just incorporate little changes. Maybe grab a power bar to help keep you full. Watch out though, some are packed with sugar. I eat roman lettuce, green beans, small colorful peppers, and sliced cucumbers, and dip them in sesame seed oil and something called crunchy onion. U get it from Amazon. Sesame seed oil helps to keep you full. If you don't like fresh veggies, try a smoothie. Try new spices in your food. The hotter the better. It makes you sweat from the inside out. If you can handle hot, it's ok. Just use new spices instead if salt. I hope this helps. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.🤙🏼🌺🌸💞
