King David, Solomon, Queen Esther, & Jacob Went To Hell For Adultery? Divorce & Remarriage

1) Most of the Old Testament heroes of the Bible are going to hell if the religious rules about divorce, remarriage, and adultery are true!
2)Why did Moses give a bill of divorce if a marriage was never done by paperwork or ceremony originally? Two flesh became one was the marriage before sin entered the world. Why did Jesus say what he said about Moses giving a bill of divorce? Because there was no paperwork initially many religious leaders were sexually immoral and they were just going around saying out of their mouths we are married to a woman, they would fornicate with her, and than divorce her with their mouth after the act. A bill of divorce brought accountability for their sexual immorality.
3) What does the Bible actually say about divorce and remarriage because many people miss it. Share this video with everyone who is worried about this topic, or anyone who has been in this situation and been attacked by religious people. These folks are not as smart as they think they are.
Lastly..... just some extra meat to chew on. The law was never given to the gentiles but to the Jews. We dive into all of that in this teaching!

Just to be clear..... because a small group of people on IG were confused. I am not saying David and Ester went to hell. I am saying when a religious person says someone who is divorced and remarried is going to hell because that is adultery, then by that same thinking they hold many of the people in the Old Testament are going to hell as well. Jesus made it clear that God's standard for marriage was always the same from the old to the new testament. David had many wives and concubines and Esther got with the King after the king sent his wife away for being disobedient not because she committed adultery. So that would mean Esther was in adultery. I don't see why people are acting like they can't understand that. Probably because they want to continue believing their religious lies.

Jacob did NOT divorce his wives! Jacob was TRICKED into marrying the elder sister Leah, but he loved Rachel. Men can have multiple wives with the consent of God and the women he is marrying, BUT it's not wise! If a man have multiple wives then he is not qualified to preach. I like the topics you discuss, but I'm afraid I may have to unsubscribe from you're channel. I can't walk with you on topic that is severely plaguing the Body of Christ. Nobody saying you're going to HELL, I'm saying divorce and remarriage to a new woman WITHOUT consent of you're 1st living wife is a SIN that needs repentance. Divorce is not the will of God and we have to understand that Esther married an ungodly king to attain a position of power to help the Israelites rise to power. Jesus is pretty clear concerning divorce and remarriage. Jesus said either reconcile with you're 1st wife/husband or remain single. The Holy Ghost spoke through Apostle Paul concerning the same exact words Jesus spoke on concerning marriage and divorce. Christians are free to either obey or disobey God in this area, but it's not God's will for men and women to divorce and it actually brings about generational curses on the children within the marriages. We shouldn't use God's grace as a license to sin against our spouses! That's not being self righteous that's just being real with God. I discuss these topics on my channel.

@@jannistolvert3812 you're situation is different. You're free to remarry due to being a widow. If you're spouse was still alive and you decided to divorce you're spouse due to having marital problems and leave them to marry someone else, you're commiting adultery and are acting as an unbeliever. You don't lose you're salvation or are hell bound, but if you have children from that marriage you left, then you're subjecting you're children to Devil's generational curses (causing them to repeat the sin cycle of divorce and remarriage).

He's not qualified to be a pastor. 1 Timothy 3:1-7 3 This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) 6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

What is interesting about this video is that you said God gave you a new revelation. People debate this biblical issue because they don't want to give up their life with that so called perfect spouse. Are we still operating under the old testament law? If so, then we are doomed for hell. In the book of Proverbs it says a man who commits adultery lacks good sense. We who profess Jesus Christ as our savior would believe all that he says. Why? Adultery and fornication are a salvation matter whereby Christ said we will go to hell for if we continue in such sin as every other sin committed. Christ through his apostles taught that marriage is until death. If you remarry while your first spouse is still alive, he calls it adultery. You're making Jesus and his apostles seems as though they are contradicting each other. It's not a religious folks teachings it's Jesus Christ doctrine. He took us back to creation for the law of marriage. The law of the land is not the originator of marriage covenants; God Almighty is. Forgiveness and love is what keeps every legal covenant marriage bound together. When we divorce and remarry, we're saying there's no hope for change in any of us God divorce Israel yet his covenant between he and them remained. There is no record where God ever broke that covenant and made with any other nation to be his. The body of Christ is in the engagement phase. We must understand literal, parables and symbols when it comes to the teachings of God. If we don't, there lies the problem with marriage, divorce and remarriage. In the book of Act Paul said at the time of our ignorance, God overlooked it but he commands everyone and every where to repent.

We must go by the Word, not by what others did. We are at the time after Jesus came. I'd rather be safe than sorry. People are even told during the ceremony many times that marriage shouldn't be entered into lightly. I grew up with grandparents that kept their vow that they took before God even in horrible circumstances. Stayed around 76 years. Most people in our families growing up were married. My parents, 57 years. Most until death of spouse. People used to go in knowing that divorce wasn't an option. Media and those that control it has been the downfall of so much. Just go back and watch sitcoms. You'll see what each step was. Now look at where we are. The wages of sin is death. This country has gone so far, worked so hard, now the wages are being paid. Death to joy, peace, love. blessings, family, dreams, common sense, health, morals, the protection of God the way it was, abundance, on and on.

God already made it clear in the Bible but ppl dnt want to come go terms with that because of what they want out of life. This walk ain't easy for any especially for those who unfortunately got married without knowing God does not support remarriage unless your 1st spouse is dead. When we do things out of order of God we truly suffer from it like having sex before getting to know someone then considering marriage. I'm sure most if not all of us cld have save alot of time, heartbreak, money, etc if we wld have gotten to know ppl well before we did things backwards. Men can remarry in the old and new testaments, not women. The only thing that makes a woman free to marry another once married is for her to be put away for fornication she committed before the marriage. If a woman is divorced for a reason other than fornication committed before marriage then if she lays with/marries another man she commits adultery, and whosoever marries her commits adultery. The husband's adultery is committed by another man laying with his wife which he has caused in divorce.

Disobedience is sin. You have rejected God commands and therefore God will judge you accordingly, whether you go to hell for it or not. 1 Samuel 15:23 Sin is sin. You can do whatever you want, be hot, cold or lukewarm, but don’t justify sin. If it’s in the word of God it applies. 2Timothy 3:16 You can get a divorce for fornication, but you must remain single unless your living husband or wife dies. 1Corinthians 7:11, 39. The Bible says, that whosoever marries that divorce woman is also committing adultery. Luke16:18… You may not go to hell for it, but it is still a sin. Now if God says remain single after you get a divorce and you go get married that’s between you and God. Here’s the good news, You can REPENT from sin.

Well in the Bible days they didn't have a name for fiance so the person that you was intending to marry was called your husband or wife and if they commit fornication then you can put away your husband of wife. Jesus extended the definition of adultery, therefore making it an even more major sin. Quit bringing others (real prophets) before the time of Christ, into the equation. Before way back then was a different time my man, that is the problem with all these 100,000+ Christian denominations nowadays. Y'all love to evade the most certain and real Truth. 2,000+ years of history and wisdom come back home, Jesus waits for you in His church, the one and only, the one which still stands today and will forever stand tall and for the whole world to know. God speaks to us in our time. He says its a sin, then it is a sin. Let's all worry about our individual selves. Adultery is a mortal sin. Adulteres are deserving of (eternal) death because they infringe upon what God has molded into one flesh. The bride and groom, man and woman, become 1. Don't change or try and challenge Jesus teachings with your way of thinking! We're all humans sinners we have flaws. Don't let the evil one the enemy confuse you. This is a topic for which I look to the Holy Spirit for personal revelation. The Bible, specifically what Jesus says, seems to be very clear. God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16). If God hates divorce, then we should not take this subject lightly. However, I do not believe that divorce and remarriage is a one way ticket to hell. But I do not know how to judge in every situation, and every situation is different, therefore I believe God takes this on an individual basis. Personally, if I am ever to marry, I will only marry who God tells me to marry and there is no avenue for divorce unless my wife forces it upon me. In such a situation, I would remain single until I die. That's just me. At almost 50 years of age, I think the only way I will marry is if God is involved directly. Most single women my age are divorced, and as far as I'm concerned, divorced women are off limits. My heart has been broken over and over on this issue of marriage. I have wanted to marry all of my life, but this world has made getting married and raising children a very risky business. I can think of hundreds of reasons why I should never marry, but only one reason why I should marry, God must give me the green light. We say we trust God, but do we trust God with who we marry, when we marry and if we should marry at all? Check the intentions of your heart!

Marcus what exactly are you saying? Are you trying to give yourself a reason or a free pass? When someone have sexual contact with another that doesn’t mean marriage on any situation if that was so there would be no adulterous and fornicators. If a believer have sexual contact with someone outside of marriage it simply means sin. Yes it is sin to have sex before marriage that is why having sex with someone can never means marriage. In Corinthians Paul gives clear example of divorce and marriage and who can actually remarry. People think because you divorce you can automatically able to remarry no, remarry it’s not for every divorcee. One last thing, the problem is not the divorce but the remarry. That is why not all divorcees can remarry. Jesus says if you divorce your spouse and you remarry in some cases you commit adultery. Be careful to those thinking Marcus has opened your eyes about what step to take next on that issue I will ask that you talk to your Jesus Christ about it and see what he says.

Honestly, it all boils down to your heart. During sex you become one, most people who are married have sex and consumate the union. There becomes a soul tie there. From a woman's perspective I will say that God did this to protect the purity of the woman. because women are very emotional beings, and we love hard, and bond hard, and give our temple over into the protection of the man. we basically become one in marriage, not just in paperwork. now, with divorce is a terrible rupture in itself, it harms the soul tie and harms the soul because of the emotions and physica and mental ties. some people even give away their homes, their pets, their kids, the separation is very difficult. but the whole thing is just an ordeal. with that said, God will always weigh out the situation. He will take notice of the actions on both ends. He will be judging the acts that led to the divorce. especially if there's malice or narcisstic wickedness. He will also see if you're just a serial non-commital type of person who lies to your partner and then dump them after they get attached to you. God sees it all. I mean, there's people who get married for money, to tie their partner down, to harm people on purpose. so God will of course put these marriage rules in place to stop humans from abusing themselves and their spouse. That's why He's called , God the Father, and He protects His child. So when we go into a marriage, we shouldn't go into it lighty. WORDS have power. and the union of marriage is a union and promise to God using words and paperwork, and ceremony. But the Spirit of God is omnipresent and He is there when you use your words to take up these important vows. It's not a game. God will unite the souls and honor it. Physically, spiritually, and under God's protection. It took myself a long time to come to these conclutions because I was in fornication for a long time without marriage because I knew how special a marriage really is and means. But I was operating in my masculine energy, and I thought sleeping around with guys was simpe, pleasure over commitment was the name of my nonsense game. I harmed myself, and I ended up with HPV16, HPV24, Precancer, cervix operation, urinary incontinance, Herpes1, depression, got into a car accident, I was a mess. But God is guiding me out of this mess that I did to myself, for allowing fornication and not respecting myself nor God's commandments. I did believe in God, but I didn't know HIm. Until I was faced with the Truth, it slapped me so hard , the reality of my mistakes, it almost cost me my life. I felt lost confused, dirty, used, abused, raped, harmed, all of it. Until one day Jesus showed up in my life. After the car accident, I was Born Again. I became celibate. I started to say NO to the list of men that I had , and started saying YES to my salvation and walk with Christ. Immediately things started to shift in my life. The HPV16 was NEGATIVE. Prediabetes was Gone. Pain on my neck and back, spasms Gone. Heart palpitations were Gone. My gyno and cardiologist didn't understand it. They just sent me home and said, all clear. So my journey with Jesus has begun and I'm getting healed slowly , on His time. So I do believe that if you no longer want to be a part of something that is harming you , like a bad marriage or commitment, God will allow it to end, so that you can move forward and be happy and healthy. God wil never allow anything to harm you on purpose, especially if marriage gets in the way of progress. I do think that a marriage is very important but so is your health and overall well being. God sees all the pieces and the bigger picture. I do think you might go through Some punishment for the breakup, but going to hell for a divorce is just not logical. We all make mistakes in ife, and if you repent , reflect, and honor yourself enough to keep going forward, then God does forgive. After all, the 10 commandments are mainly about respect and love. Just don't be like JLO and marry a guy every month lol ..I do think that type of hit n miss is dangerous grounds, of not honoring the sanctity of marriage. People abuse things and take things to the extremes. But that's her path to walk on. A lot of people are broken on the inside and need someone to pick up the pieces and make them whole. but they don't realize that our creator makes us feel complete already. on erath we have a partner, but God is our soulmate. I no longer feel empty, nor used, nor damaged. because God is here now with me, He's alwasy been here, but I didn't open my heart to Him all along.

Hi Donnie, I agree. God's original (and forever) statute of marriage is for one man and one woman to be joined together for life. Not allowing for any divorce and remarriage while these two are still alive; the only time one is allowed to rightfully remarry is if one of them perishes because death loosens the earthly marital contract according to Christ. This was God's law concerning marriage from the beginning, but man (even Moses) distorted this ordinance due to their fleshly nature (or as in Moses' case, the hardness of their hearts). However, Jesus Christ came to restore Father God's ordinance of marriage which He legislated for man from the very beginning.

To keep it simple if the reason for a divorce is not legitimate according to what God says and you get married again your in adultery. The major concern is being a pastor married multiple times. Are you suggesting divorce is totally fine regardless of the circumstances and that God feels the same? Are you suggesting that God does not intend marriage to be sacred and lasting? Jesus said the greatest command is to love God and the second is to love your neighbor as yourself. Can you provide a single example of how divorce functions an act of love? At the end of the day, obviously there are some RARE exceptions which Jesus addressed in scripture. Regardless, divorce is not part of God’s plan. It is a source of pain and destruction in the lives of people who it touches and it should ALWAYS BE A LAST RESORT which is undertaken prayerfully, with humility and fear.

But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man.

I'm sorry Brother Marcus but I'm gonna have to disagree with u on this one. Number one u can't compare the old testament to today's. Why bcz God allowed that back in that time such as marrying ur sister, etc. But In the New Testament that no longer applies. For example if ur married and and u decided u didn't want ur wife or husband anymore so u call it quits boom divorce. Well whomever that wife or husband marries next he or she and that person has committed adultery. For God tells us in 1st CORINTHIANS 7 10,11 LET NOT THE WIFE DEPART FROM HER HUSBAND BUT IF SHE DEPART LET HER REMAIN UNMARRIED OR BE RECONCILED TO HER HUSBAND AND LET NOT THE HUSBAND PUT AWAY HIS WIFE. SO DON'T TELL THESE PEOPLE THAT THEY WILL BE ALRIGHT WITH GOD IN DOING SO AS IN DIVORCING AND REMARRYING! ITS ADULTERY POINT BLANK AND PERIOD! U JUST CANT ARGUE WITH THE WORD OF GOD!

1 Timothy 3:1 The saying is trustworthy: If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. 2 Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, 5 for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? These are the qualifications for a pastor or elder. Notice is says a husband of 1 wife. It does not say, a husband of 1 wife at a time. This does not say u can't be a Christian if u have had a divorce. This is qualifications for a pastor or elder. So u can still be a Christian if u have had a divorce, but u can not be a pastor or elder.

This is a tough subject to deal with but it must be dealt with, because in our modern day marriage and divorce are out of control. So this produces thousands if not millions of cases of people needing new spouses. It is understood by most that they are better off married than living single and committing fornication. We must keep in mind God has better sense than we do. In our modern society where people dress half naked and strut around in public with no shame. How many married men and women secretly lusted in their heart when they saw that. That was sinful and legally gave your spouse grounds to divorce you. Now of course you’re never gonna confess that to your spouse that you did it because we don’t count that right? It counts only when you physically go and do it as far as most are concerned. I could write a whole page or two but my point is we just have to leave this in Gods hands and not demonize others especially when we know God is with them and they genuinely are following God with a pure heart.

I felt God speak to my heart and He said, ‘You’re right, I don’t agree with divorce, but I also don’t believe my daughter is to be badly mistreated either’. To all who may read this, I am sorry to say, but the New Testament Scriptures don't exactly agree with what Mr. Rogers says about the topic of Divorce and Remarriage. I have nothing against Mr. Rogers personally, but I have to express the correct view that God holds of the matter which was expressly revealed through His Son in the flesh, through the Apostle Paul, and even through the Angel of Repentance (The Shepherd of Hermas) in the writing of the New Testament (For those who don't know, the Shepherd of Hermas was regarded as Scripture in the early church; it was a book of the Bible (the Codex Sinaiticus) before certain men removed it from the canon). I say the following things, not to condemn people, but to reveal what the Holy Scriptures truthfully say about the matter so that we may live more holy lives unto God. Pardon that this may be a long read, but it is a true and thorough examination from Scripture on the matter of Divorce and Remarriage. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Let's go ahead an examine the Scriptures with some breakdown: What Jesus Christ Said: "The two shall become one flesh...So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, LET NOT MAN SEPARATE.” (Matthew 19:5-6) "Whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and whoever marries her who is divorced commits adultery.” (Matthew 19:8) “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her. And if she divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.” (Mark 10:11) ^ The first and third passages are very clear that divorce between two rightfully married people is not an option (it is a transgression against God's law), but people will debate the second one about the exception clause with sexual immorality. This is the only case whereby "divorce" is permitted. But what does sexual immorality refer to? Incestual marriage, gay marriage, bestiality, marrying someone who is divorced, polygamy, etc. What man deems to be marriage outside of God's interpretation of it is not a marriage at all; thus, a "divorce" here in the second passage is not going against God's original marriage model but rather the distortions of it. For instance, say I (who was never married before) end up marrying a woman who is divorced from her first living and rightful husband. I would be committing sexual immorality with her because I am not supposed to be with her. The woman has to be either remain separate or be reconciled to her first living husband (we'll touch up on Scripture with the Apostle Paul in a bit). But I, who was never married rightfully before, can divorce that divorced woman because she, in God's eyes, is not my wife. I would then be free and allowed to marry rightfully. I bring up this particular example because it seems to be the case with a significant amount of people. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What Paul Said: "To the married I give this command (not I, but the Lord): A wife must not separate from her husband. But if she does, she must remain unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. And a husband must not divorce his wife." (1 Corinthians 7:10-11) It is quite clear that divorce is not an option in the eyes of God's. What separation refers to here is the state of being physically away from your rightfully married spouse such as living separate lives in separate households but by no means permitted by God to be fornicating while you're both away from one another. Separation here does not refer to the splitting (divorce) of the marriage by means of an earthly government decree. The options are only to be either separate (being physically away but not legally divorced) or to be reconciled (back together). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What the Angel of Repentance said (in the form of Dialogue between Hermas and the Angel) in the Fourth Mandate (Commandment): Hermas: “If anyone who trusts in the Lord has a wife, and he suspects that she is committing adultery, does that man sin if he continues to live with her?" Angel of Repentance: "As long as he is unaware of her sin, the husband does not commit any sin by continuing to live with her. But if the husband knows that his wife has committed adultery and she does not repent, but continues in her sexual immorality, and the husband continues to live with her, he is also guilty of her crime and a sharer in her adultery." Hermas: "Then what should the husband do if his wife continues in her sinful practices?" Angel of Repentance: "The husband should put her away and remain by himself. But if he puts away his wife and marries another, he also commits adultery." Hermas: "What if the woman repents and wants to come back to her husband? Should her husband not take her back?" Angel of Repentance: "Surely if the husband does not take her back he brings a great sin upon himself, for he should take back the sinner who has repented--but not frequently, for there is but one repentance for the servants of God. It is for that reason--if the divorced wife repents--that the husband should not marry another woman when his wife has been put away. In this matter men and women are to be treated in exactly the same way. Even further, adultery is not only committed by those who pollute their body with sexual immorality, but also by those who imitate the unbelievers in their actions. If anyone persists in these kinds of deeds and does not repent, withdraw from them and do not live with them anymore, otherwise you are a sharer in their sin. This command has been laid on you so that you should remain by yourselves, both the man and the woman, for in such people repentance can take place. I do not give permission to do these things except that the one who has sinned may sin no more. But as far as their past sins, there is One who is able to provide a cure; for is is He, indeed, who has power over all." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Conclusion of the matter: Divorce and Remarriage is not an option but a great sin in God's eyes!!!! Personal note: If you read all this, congratulations! You have received great wisdom and instruction from the Lord! For it is not my opinion that counts but rather it is what the Lord says that counts. Now that you have received such revelation, let us sin no more lest we be judged more harshly than the ignorant unbelievers on Judgment Day. I say this for the sake of your soul. Peace!

@@ALone-wc2oh I agree completely! In the times of the Old Testament (or at any point before the revelation of the NT), God winked at men's ignorance but now commands all men to repent (Acts 17:10). Thus, as you said, we cannot use the OT Law as our complete moral guide. Although the OT law may contain some moral truths like no incest or witchcraft, it failed at points such as permitting divorce, sacrificing animals for atonement (which God the Father hates!), getting revenge on your enemies (eye for eye and tooth for tooth vs loving your enemies), etc. We must look to Jesus Christ for God's clear perspective on these matters because he came from God (John 1:18). He also sent His Apostles into the world to speak the words of the Holy Spirit. It is by the Holy Spirit that we can discern what teachings are of Father God and which ones are strange doctrine (God dwelling in thick darkness [OT] vs God dwelling in unapproachable light [NT]). Back to Mr. Rogers though, I do not think he really made an argument which supports divorce and remarriage. He just tip towed around it, bringing up OT figures who were ignorant of God's law regarding divorce (But heck, the only ones who really divorced were some of the remnant present with Ezra; but the other OT people he brought up did other things such as commit polygamy and adultery, married a heathen, but not divorce and remarry). However, what Christians are to believe in is the New Testament with its clarity on God's laws of morality. While we can surely appreciate the truths and understanding the OT can give (when we're careful with it), we look to Christ and His messengers (whether human or angelic) for the true understanding of such matters. Perhaps maybe Mr. Rogers' heart is still hard on this matter (as Jesus pointed out). Surely, he has received clear teaching on this matter of divorce and remarriage from Pastor Gino Jennings (Mr. Rogers has videos addressing this topic before). Maybe he does not want to give up his new wife and do the right thing because it appeals to his flesh rather than to God? I don't know. I pray for Marcus Rogers to humble himself and do the right thing concerning this matter; but I don't agree that he should be going around with a megaphone (metaphorically speaking), falsely using the Bible as justification for divorce and remarriage when it says the exact opposite (committing blasphemy against God), especially in light of the New Testament which Christians are supposed to believe.

People who abuses the scriptures like you are doing are always trying to justify their sin. I take it that you have been divorced and remarried? If you still have a living spouse, according to Jesus you are living in adultery(1Corinthians 7:39). God’s Word says that no adulterers will inherit the kingdom. According to Jesus death is the only thing that frees a married couple. I was married to a man who had been married twice before me. After he died, God set me free from organized religion and began teaching me his truth, something this world knows nothing about. I encourage anyone who has committed this sin to repent and seek Christ in prayer for wisdom and guidance. Time is running out! Note: Divorce itself is not sin, that’s why Jesus said if you divorce, meaning that he knew there would be situations that may lead to divorce. However, Christ want married couples to do everything possible to try and keep their marriages together.

Marcus, I am a recent subscriber and enjoy your content 😉 I am a student of the Word, and I believe that correct dividing and interpretation is essential .Marriage in the Old Testament is completely different from marriage under the law .The men of the Old Testament had more than one wife plus concubines. This was not unlawful but accepted with God.Abraham and Jacob, to name a few.As for Esther had never been married and didn't just lay up and commit fornication or adultery. She was obligated to obey the king and had no choice. Also, Bethshba had to obey King David 🤴 As for the marriage under the new Testament is not my point here. I am only saying that the Old Testament people that you named were not fitting for the content presented The only problem that God's command for men not to be unequally yoked.king Solomon took wives that worshipped false God's that turned his heart away from God Almighty. But as you said for the New Testament believers, divorce is permanent until a spouse is deceased unless theirs is abandoning of a spouse for adultery or Christian faith 🤔 the believing spouse is free to remarry but only to a believer not a non Christian 😉 I like your ministry but you should care about what others think about what you are saying .God's Word is not of any private interpretation. The witness within the believers should be able to attest to the truth and solidify that interpretation as being true or false. The Holy Bible is a witness to His Word. I study to be to rightly divide the Word of God and not to change or argue with well-meaning believers that love the love ❤️ the Word of God is meant for correction and reproof .Submitted with humbleness, and Christian love in Jesus Christ ❤️

It was a different covenant and I'm not sure where in scripture Esther committed adultry she wasn't under the new covenant conditions and way that Jesus gave the only narrow way. One requirement that disqualifies many professing pastors are the fact they have more then one wife not that they aren't save or that God will use them in the body but not for the work of bishopric. This is what Jesus teaches through Paul and Timothy and Titus.

It is amazing to see what you have overcome brother, it’s unbelievable, the lengths you had to go to but God has definitely chosen you to speak on all these things to show religious ppl because many are blinded by religion

*In the first 2 mins of this video, what you have said is dead wrong. In the O.T. divorce and remarriage was allowed by Moses. So no they would not be going to hell. But in the N.T. divorce and remarriage while your first spouse is alive is NOT allowed. So people in the N.T. which we are living in now who are divorced and remarried like you are will definitely be going to the lake. Be not deceived.* *In Matt. Jesus was talking to both Jews and Gentiles. Notice how you went to a different translation to justify your lies? The bible does not say "FAITHFUL" wife. Nowhere in Matt. does it say anything about a exception clause concerning ADULTERY. You are spreading lies and doctrines of devils.* *In Matt.**5:28** Jesus did not say if you look at a woman you commit adultery, where did you get that lie from? Jesus said if you look on a woman to LUST...to LUST... to LUST after her... so just looking at a woman is NOT committing adultery, but if you look at her and have LUST, which is a strong desire to want and have her, then you are committing adultery. Just looking at a woman is not committing adultery.* *No, one believes if the tell a lie they are not sinning, if you tell a lie you are definitely sinning , if you steal, fornicate, murder, continue in all those sins you've mentioned... etc...etc...you are sinning. All sin is a one way ticket to hell and you MR is living in adultery and that is both you and the mistress you are now living with... one way ticket to the lake.* *There is no biblical exception in N.T. for divorce and remarriage while your first spouse is still alive, if you continue in that adulterous remarriage situation, you will definitely go to the lake.* *Nowhere in 1 Cor.7:15 does it say if the unbelieving depart, you are then FREE to get married again. Where are you getting your lies from? Not under bondage does not mean you are then free to get married again. Not under bondage means you are not obligated or constrained to keep the unbeliever there, nor to make them stay....God has called us to peace ... let them go. But nowhere does it say when the unbeliever leaves you are then FREE to get married again. You are not rightly dividing scriptures. The scripture does not say you are free and you are not in bondage to the law. You added that, you made that lie up.*

Wait a minute side note....i thought Jacob didn't divorce Leah but married both Leah and rachel...a distinguishing factor. There was no divorce he was married to both, consumated his marriage to both, continued to take took care of both, even amongst the wrong that was done to him by labam? Even when he left labans home both leah and rachel came with him. He fidnt put her off and send her away right? Same with king Xerexs/ahasuerus and Esther he didn't divorce vashti she just wasn't allowed to come before him again, that's how I understood it. Seemed He didn't divorce her, and Esther became his second wife but took her position as being the the "queen" i think he still took care of Vashti. David also had 2 wives but he didn't divorce them. I think there is a difference there don't think it was divorce but in new testament we see the heart of Christ, the heart of God I'm the manner of divorce restated as being 1 man and 1 woman bound together

GOD HATES DIVORCE...PERIOD. A righteous man falls 7 times a day and gets up. We all fall short. The wicked find reasons to justify sin and become those who practice sin, becoming those who do not inherit the kingdom. Jesus is not looking to condemn for divorce, adultery, and fortification but to lead us to repentance from that which will lead to destruction...thats why He said to the woman at the well "go and sin no more". Jesus permitted(not encouraged) divorce when adultery was at play, and when an unbelieving spouse leaves one is under no obligation to that one that left. This is a twisted/perverted message meant to justify divorce. So many ridiculous and false comments made in this video. Jesus did not make the path any broader. If you put your spouse aside it is because of your lack of love. How would adam and eve have a public ceremony when they were the only 2 people? Esther is most likely a fictional story. "Do as the pharisees say not as they do". Best not to make a vow over making a vow and not keeping it. The problem with pharisees is that they sought to justify themselves in the eyes of men and not setting their hearts right before God.... becoming white washed tombs. "Do not be decieved, those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom". So marcus, you would have no issues with your wife divorcing you because youve looked at a woman in a lust? Do you realize you had to make a judgment in order do determine someone is a "religious folk" for believing God hates divorce? Nobody has ever "taught it from this angle" because its ridiculous and not taught by our Lord. I was divorce for being legally disabled under false accusations of abuse(even though i was physically assaulted by my x and her family and icommitted no act of violence)...she found a way to justify it in the eyes of man. Jesus did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it, commanded us to love one another(which also fulfills the law). We are not under the law if we are walking in love, but "we know the law is good if one uses it lawfully". Ive defended marcus in the past, but the more i watch the more o realize this guy is trouble...regardless of anointing or amount of followers. GOD HATES DIVORCE. IT IS PERMITTED UMDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. thats all this video needed to say. "This says the Lord God, I will also do with you as you have done, you who have despised the oath by breaking a covenant". HE WAS, IS, AND IS TO COME. HE IS THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY, AND TOMORROW.

Marcus bro. while there is grace, and it’s not necessarily a salvation issue, there are consequences for our actions here on earth, and we can be disqualified based on them from certain positions.
