Hannah Merrick and Craig Whittle, Liverpool duo, are King Hannah and Big Swimmer is their new and second album. Although British music trends want young bands to fall in love and play mainly post punk, they chose American rock for their life and musical career. The album, produced by Ali Chant (PJ Harvey, Giant Sand, Yard Act), feeds on dreamy atmospheres but also pressing, thanks to the wonderful voice of Hannah and the eclectic guitarism, sometimes acid of Craig. Big Swimmer will definitely be one of the records of the year. We hope so.
