I love when a character who's been around for year's all of a sudden has their lore expounded on. Where we find out, stuff wasn't an accident, and we get good retcons. It's a good way to softly reboot the character without erasing that characters experiences. It just shows there was more going on behind the scenes. Stories like Batman "Court of Owls", this Venom story, Nick Fury "Original Sin", and the latest Kang the Conqueror mini series.

I view flash vs Eddie and the symbiote like Wally west vs Barry Allen and the speed force. Eddie was the first, and many regard him as the best, but Thompson understood the symbiote the way Wally understood the speed force, and made it better and explored more of the symbiote powers and potential for good.

Also I gotta give kudos for the added depth to a cookie-cutter bully/jock stereotype. There's a sort of realism to the idea of Flash Thompson *growing into* a decent person after having such a prominent start as an a-hole. Not everybody grows with time but some people do.

Venom has always been my favorite in Marvel, only contested by spiderman himself. This entire storyline has made me so happy, it's so well written, and it adds so much to my favorite antihero ever.

Yeah in What if... The punisher gets the symbiote, not Eddie. That being said, he did fly with wings, changed the webbing into bullets, and mentally broke the symbiote and made it his bitch.

The symbiote's are my favorite characters and my favorite stories. I love all of them. I love how they can be created. Even the so-called villainous ones are just the best for me. Out of all of Marvel and DC, the symbiote's are always King of all comics in my eyes.

HELL YEAH!!! been too long since I got to listen to Rob teach me about Comic Lore. Hands down the Best Comic Book channel on KZfaq. I love his enthusiasm and his Voice perosnally has that rich deep tone that locks me in and the world around me just melts away. Venom has been my favourite super hero/villain for almost 20 years now. That said: I'll be the first to admit that Venom hasn't had many great and must have solo runs. This current run of Venom is so interesting and filled with so much great storytelling and lore expansion, and the artists have all done awesome work in each issue, making it an all around awesome package which I have read multiple times. Eddie and Venom's story has evolved so much, and they have become such well rounded characters that you really feel for now for more reasons than ever before, and he's in the midst of such a fitting conclusion to the story that first started back in the 80's. He's evolved from this character who is cool looking and had some good stories in his own series and others, into something very special in the Marvel universe and for me personally. He's my favourite character for so many more reasons than he was prior to this run. This, aswell as the King in Black story, are my favourite things out of Marvel Comics in the past 20 or 30 years. I absolutely love what they did with Venom these past few years and can't wait for when Venom 35/200 finally comes out next month.

1:23:29 I absolutely LOVE the look on Venoms face here. I dont think hes ever had such an "OH SHIT" look on his face like this before. Hell i dont think Venoms ever actually been terrified before and this right here shows that there are things out there that can truly and genuinly scare and terrify him. AMazing moment for sure!

If they make mutants a result of weapon X, they’re gonna have a lot of angry fans considering the whole premise of mutants is that they’re the next stage in human evolution. Being born different and having to fight to belong and coexist in a world that hates or fears you just for being exactly the way you’re meant to be.

I think the MCU Mutants will be made when the Westview Anomaly burst it's gonna Cosmic Radiation across the planet making the first wave of mutants!! This will happen when instead of saying "No More Mutants" she will instead say "No More Humans" because all they have brought her is pain making the bubble pop and then when the new avengers gotta take her down it will start a beef between mutants and empowered beings like our hero's! Probably when doctor strange, ant-man and Hawkeye show up to try to stop Wanda

You said that Worldbreaker Hulk couldn't punch Juggernaut out of the way, but I see it another way. It seemed like Hulk just didn't want to waste time fighting him, and knowing he would need a shitton of time to slow down, just sent him on his way. I'm pretty sure that if he wanted to he could've punched juggernaut into outer space pretty easily
