Fog lamps are primarly a safety feature. It helps at driving in low visibilty conditions. Of course, people use it in all conditions to have more light. Fog lamps with about 3200K temparature is vital for any car especially in Fog/Smog and also Rainy conditions as even halogen (~ 4000K) light get dissipated.

bhai you don't need to revv out the diesel engine to 4k for each shift. 1500-2750 engine rpm is having the max torque available, it will pull in that range nicely. over that, though the power of 116 PS comes at around 4k rpm, its only sucking diesel unnecessarily, without any gain in acceleration.

Suspension wont have enough travel, so if bumps are there, they will perform stiffly

Because the placement of the headlight set up is very low. So on low beam, you can use it as a fog lamp. And most likely this Car is going to score 5 stars, just like the Verna.
