I’ve never watched this type of stuff, but have done plenty of long range shooting while hunting or having fun. What has always baffled me is the adjusting of the scope. I’ve always just adjusted by changing aim point like the last guy. It’s interesting to see these guys don’t all do it the same.

For a proficient shooter, it's nearly impossible. I can't even fathom making the shot
@petertheoneandonly97524 жыл бұрын
Hugh Mungus totally. I meant that when you watch someone in their element on youtube you think: wow how hard can that be? Unless you shoot in real life. Then you realize what they just did. Its sort of like the concept in the olympics that they should have a normal person try whatever sport just to show how hard it actually is. In this case at least take an atv and drive out to that 2 mile gong just to show distance. Idk. They make it look easy. That’s what’S SO absurd.

Yeah, but with how the show is recorded then uploaded to KZfaq, it may have a mirror effect. I seen it a lot on videos uploaded to KZfaq. When they said "Left side", it may have been really left side, but to us, it seem like it hit right side. It may be just a mirror effect caused by recording and uploading to KZfaq. Some cameras do that for some reason. If this isn't the case, then forget everything I just said. lol

Or just have convicts with confirmed death sentences, dressed in all white clothing, tied to a tree or pole... then you could see the red blood splat real easy every hit. It would save the state and tax payers millions every year on medical, food and housing all of them living in prison and the processes of hanging, electric chair or injections. Plus being Televised, would put a big damper on major crimes like multiple offenses of murder, rape, child rape and porn, human trafficking, drug cartels and other major crimes around the country, maybe even the world. Ya know, bring back the firing squad, but make it a televised competition. The victims and their families deserve a good public show of JUSTICE ! And the criminals need to see what they will get if they keep it up.

Frankly, I believe match grade 750 grain 50 BMG is the best for long range. That heavy ass bullet will fight the wind like a mofo and it keeps its velocity longer than pretty much anything. You'll hear arguments about things like 338 Lapua, 375 or 408 CheyTac and 416 Barrett, but the physics are on 50 BMG's side.
