Well, this week marks Rugal's return to KOF as new DLC for KOF XV!
To help celebrate it, here's a playthrough of the PS2 version of KOF98UM (I miss the Arranged Soundtrack in the Steam Release) with the "Rugal Team" as its known in the game, consisting of Rugal and his secretaries: Mature and Vice!
