King of Macba is a game of skate where anything in the plaza count (ledge, stairs etc...)
It's one attempt each until the word MACBA is spelled out.
Spots must be alternated when in command, so you cant pick the same spot two times in a row.
Defence has 2 tries and 3 tries on the last letter.
The extra obstacle (hydrant) must be used one time in the game.

He could have done it way down but he didn't realize it was easier. I don't think he had to go backside to frontside ollie the ledge to make it count.

@@Skatedgelife so if you're goofy, you're going to try and over turn a 180 to lock into the nose manny, your shoulders are in a position where it is hard to make that momentum shift towards where you have to pop out, it's not the same and that way is harder. The way he tried it is easier, but the uphill will get you, so I agree, unfair advantage when they use this manny pad, if they skaters are different stance.

3:30 trick is not fair as for Becker is downhill, so it is easier to keep the manual longer and going out at a smaller curb. The opposite with Eniz

Even if this isn't the rule, it should be. I'd even go so far as to say only one instance of each trick per game (so Tiago can't just switch ollie every tall thing in sight lol)

I went to this spot about 15 years ago i had a brand new DC hoody lol put it down by that black statue thing literally blinked it was gone lol thieves are rife in barcelona. I saw a skater at sants station in tears somebody robbed his expensive camera.

I’ve never even been close to Macba but I know for sure if I ever go to keep my valuables on me at all times. Sucks it’s like that. I don’t even trust putting my bag down at some of my local parks. Motherfuckers are just ready to take whatever you got.

There's something to be said for people who are really good at tricks and for others who just are skateboarding incarnate. Becker is amazing and I hope he shows up more and more but Eniz will always be one of my favorites to watch

Yeah it's a dodgy way to play, but it's for money so fair enough. Still, if I was unreal at one weird ass trick like casper tricks and that's all I did and got the guy in straight letters that would be lame.

On one hand, Tiago is skating obstacles that require Tiago pop. On the other hand, he is keeping the tricks relatively basic for competition. Yeah you have to pop high, but you're only doing a switch ollie. I haven't seen him go nuts with a switch varian heel over a high obstacle. So I don't think his selection is that unfair.

@@warrensid Who cares if it's a switch flip or a switch lazer flip if it's over a pickup truck? The other guy can't do it regardless. I just think it's cheap to do 100% nothing but big pop tricks is all.
