@@Junnelayos If the plants know that you are catching them, they will avoid u. One of the most common one is ginseng. When we harvest ginseng, we will use a red cloth tied to the tool. It acts as a tailsman to prevent the ginseng spirit from 'escaping'. Heard this from my older folks.

I love it how they forage matsutakes. They foraging with whispers and care. When we clean matsutakes in our restaurant we also show extra care and clean with a soft touch.

actually you;re not early i think, i've re visited some of her older videos that previously had english translation, the second time i've seen the same videos (at least 2 i think) they had no english translations any longer. don't know why, she must have her reasons..

Never not soothing at all. That's why I love to stay by the countryside where everything is from scratch. I mean it's aesthetic yoww... And to me, it's one of the best way to escape from the bustling city. And ya... Living in the countryside also teach me to live modestly. You may not be rich, but at least you're happy and content. Sometimes we don't have to impress other, we have a family to feed, a life to live. Love from this 17 year-old (as of 2021) Malaysian.

These are Matsutake mushrooms, the most expensive mushroom in the world. Alot of the Matsutake mushrooms are farmed in Yunnan, they get harvested in the early morning, packaged and shipped overseas to (mostly) Japan and gets consumed in fancy restaurants by evening the same day, usually goes for couple hundreds USD per pound.

We call it ' Therang kethak' here in North East India. My mind got blown away when I saw that. It's very famous here in North East India. We make our traditional outfits and shawls using that technique

i and my whole family have been watching Dianxi for more than 1 year. the life style, culture and the food are so common in Rural villages of Nepal and Rural China. the best thing about both the cultures is "RESPECT". most of her videos definitely take every Nepalese back to their own beautiful villages of Nepal where people are most Humble, most Generous and always live by their Culture with most Respect.

As a kid when we use to go collecting mushrooms in India, Maharashtra...my grandma use to tell us not to speak loud or just wisper or else mushrooms will rot. I see similarity when you are whispering while collecting mushrooms. ❤️
