I too was diagnosed with ADHD ... at the ripe old age of 6... SIX . Of course six year olds are supposed to be the picture of discipline and have the mentality to sit still in classes for hours at a time am i rite?????? For seven years after taking that "medicine" I was either numb numb to the world ( go weeks at a time with out feeling anything) or angry at the world. I would grind my teeth and clench my muscles over and over again until near exhaustion, naturally all the kids thought I was that creepy kid that was "tweaking". I also was a straight d minus student. Finally I had enough ( In my mind I knew it was the medicine but I was too afraid to tell my mother until this point) About a week before the 2nd semester of the 7th grade started I begged and pleaded with my mother to let me stop taking the medicine, but under the stipulation that if I fail a class then I would go right back on it, or if she hears about me cutting up or misbehaving in class. Cut to a week later and it was like a haze had been lifted from my mind, I stopped clenching all the time, I stopped grinding my teeth, I was actually feeling things normally. Then I noticed that I could remember almost everything teachers were saying, cut to another three weeks after that I get a progress report. EVERY single grade at a bare minimum shot up 20 points. My study habits did not change one Iota, I brought this home to mom, and it brought her to tears. Teachers and kids a-like noticed I did a complete 180. To this day it brings my blood to a hot boil when I hear about a small child being "diagnosed with ADHD". Maybe ADHD is an actual thing but that kind of crap needs to be diagnosed in teens or adults, not children just out of their toddler years. Sorry about the wall of text I just needed a void to "yell" into.

I think this episode was pretty self contained, later KOTH episodes took more of a linear/ serialized approach which made them easier to follow in syndication though killed a lot of the ongoing storylines they did in earlier seasons. I also found out that the last episode (the Bobby/ meat team one) was the last one produced and meant to be the finale until they decided to release the 5 lost episodes they created earlier for Adult Swim. I do love to speculate how a season 14 would look like in 2009-10. One thing's for sure, it would've been way better than the Cleveland show 😷
