I want Havelock, Physical range Mechanic with some DPS-potential, albeit, it only comes at the unfortunate death of the dragon and loss of it's random defensive buffs from S1. Havelock does use his sword when attacked in melee, but it's an heirloom, mainly for heraldic purposes. (Dragon deals M.DMG, though). If Havelock gets taken out early, e.g. by diver, etc. the dragon becomes faster, is no longer restricted to it's regular attack rythm, but random, gains +250 A.Dodge, and is nigh un-killable from +250/25% Lifesteal/Recovery boni, but gains only 33% Mana. His sheet/skillset should offer some built-in Dodge, Penetration and Crit Resistance, to be the backbone of his PvP-build, but he's mainly for (anti-M.DEF) raids. So his S3 AoE reduces all targets M.DEF by 33% for 6 sec. With UT3, it sets the Dragon to sic, debilitate debuffs. This triggers 2 dragon power attacks in a row (each 50% chance to Stun for 2 sec.), if the dragon is alive. His S1 deals double (or tripple) damage to a Shield, drains 150 Mana and inflicts 'Erode', reducing the target's M.Dodge, M.Block DEF, M.Tough and M.Crit Resistance to 0 for 2 sec., when performed with the dragon. Without it, the damage can be improved by 100% for 1 extra Mana cost (ATK=one-shot any shield), or 'Enfeeble' the target, reducing their ATK power and speed by up to 11%, at the max 11 stacks. It sets the dragon to protect, defense buffs. S2 unleashes 7 fast attacks (for a faster UW self-buff boost) with the final one being a crack of his whip, when the dragon is done and gets out of the way. Shackles (and with UT2, it enables casting silence for the rest of the duration) the target for 7 sec (or heals closest-to-dragon most wounded party member for 7% of their max HP. When the dragon is dead, 11 attacks are performed with the whip. Sometimes the dragon is automatically set to idle-mind after casting, for anything between 3 and 30 sec. If Havelock is dead, it's 6 fast attacks, and if the dragon is in mourning, it will not recover from an eventual idle-mind. His UTs have a unique passive bonus on all of them; +11% Party Gold, +11% "Luck" (sometimes upwards of 55 Party Crit and Party Dodge in Guild Content), many other, esp. event related effects), +11% chance of his UW Awakening Success, 11% chance of +11% ATK upon auto-attack for 11 sec. His UW is the whip, Tempest, though he almost only uses it in combat, when a powerful AoE kills the dragon. He charges it with 75 normal attacks. It increases Party DMG dealt vs. Non-Hero targets by 6-11%, and reduces any Boss Heal Rate by 6-11%. And decreases all Party Cooldown by 1 sec. and makes the whole Party invulnerable to all but Penetration DMG for 1 sec every time it triggers, or the Soul Weapon is summoned, and is performed with a bonus volley of whip attacks after the dragon is dead. Summoning his soul weapon increases ATK, Penetration, and P.Dodge of the main DPS by 5%, 50, and 50 pr. stack, or something idk... need to playtest a little.
