Kudos to Akuffo Addo and his government for finally bringing this project to fruition. It's been on the drawing board since 1965. Five different governments have cut sod for the construction of this monumental project but failed to bring it to fruition. I hope it will be well taken care of

I wiil like to make a passionate appeal to Ga Mantse Nii Teiko Tsru , the Greater Accra Regional Secretary, the mayor, to see to it that our people are given the opportunity for gainful employment. We dont want another makola disaster, where Rawlings demolished the market to the detriment of our mothers and grandparents. Their livelihoods were snatched from beneath them, and that brought misery and hardship to a whole lot of Gamei. Some died, and others never recovered from the insanity that was brought on by Rawlings My prayer is that this will provide jobs to our mothers and fathers, the young men and women, so that they will live in dignity. We would not want to see the place taken over by other tribes while our people are rendered helpless . We will REVOTE if it happens!!!!! Give them the chance on their land. The traditional council should form a committee to see to the employment and allocation of stores and spaces for our people. Thank you, and may God bless you all.
