It is a very passionate song. He was signing about his college crush, years later she did go to his concert where he was preforming the song. His band mates said he was incredibly nervous as he knew she would in attendance. Keep up the great work.

Ooof I didn't know about that one... Daamn... Just... Just imagine singing a song about your crush being so perfect and you being a fucking loser _to your crush_ *on stage...* She's right theeere... You're gonna say everything you weren't able to tell her right on her face in the most raw and intense way... Omg, I can't fathom the abyssal tension that this situation would cause... I think I would completely break down.

Thom hits most peoples' souls man. Crazy lyrics writer and one of the top rock vocalists ever. And definitely one of the most unique bands. The album OK Computer is one of the maybe top 5 that literally altered my existence. Like.. what.. is this? Wtf am I hearing? Back then it was like, uninvented. Theh made very new shit. So good.

Love the video dude, you seem really open and real about what you listen to (I also love Radiohead, In Rainbows is their best album). I grew up in a similar environment, little brown kid in NY growing up around specifically Mexican music and some casual mainstream stuff and not knowing much else, only to get called weird when I’m going in the other direction, so this reaction really hit home. Keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏽

Being in the audience at one of their shows, and hearing this live, is an experience you just can't forget. For as much as the band disliked this song for a long time, it connects with so many people who have felt the lyrics and message of this song, and standing in a crowd of people all singing and feeling it live is one of the most amazing concert experiences of my life (and I'm old af, so I've been to a few concerts).

YES! Pyramid Song is one of my favorite songs by them. (Amnesiac is one of my favorite albums by them, period.) I used to play it over and over and over, especially when I needed to get in the zone to write.

Soon as I saw you were playing Radiohead, I was right here! I am addicted to them too. My favorites are Let Down, and Street Spirit. Great reaction! I know what you mean about people not liking that you stray from your narrow musical landscape. One thing you might find helpful is that us white people have been listening to your music forever. We listen to R&B, Hip Hop, blue, and rap. Plus we have all the music outside those genres. Does that seem fair? Why should you all be so limited and constrained. You guys need to get over that.

Thom Yorke said he heard Creep come on the radio, years later, and he had become so far removed from the track that he thought it was a cover. Give “Where I End And You Begin” a try. It’s off Hail to the Thief album (a fitting title given our current political situation) which is regarded as a less than stellar album, but my personal favorite. So many trippy tracks and hidden gems layer HttT.

The majority of their songs are about feelings of anxiety and social inadequacy. Feeling like a misfit. Check out Paranoid Android. Thom York also has a solo recrord called The Eraser. Its dope.
