I didn't think the 200 didn't have such a speed as V1 as its a Pt 23 aircraft instead of pt 25?

Idk about the 200, I know for sure the 99 doesn’t, so I can’t see the 200 being any different. But I also wondered the same thing.

It sure does, both V1 and Vr are 95kts. The difference in certification is irrelevant here.
