For the starts, wait till you get around about max motoring. This will greatly reduce ITTs. Usually around 17-22% (depending on battery voltage) before introducing fuel. 12% is when you "can" introduce fuel but we never ever do this IRL.

Really appreciate the fine details you went over. I'll be picking up this 350 and the sound pack soon. I flew the AFL 350 in XP11, but I'm currently having too much joy in MSFS with VR to go back to XP. 😂 EDIT: I made my comment before actually hearing your take on MSFS and XP12. Good to know I'm not the only RW pilot who've come to that conclusion, lol.

Hello Captain, I am currently in the process of familiarizing myself with the KA350. But in X-Plane. I'm a little surprised that you had the power levers in revearse position for a long time. You can see it clearly in the video at minute 21:49, but you were still able to fly with them. Strange, but otherwise the flight was very entertaining. Greetings to you from Germany.

Wow! I used to do instruction AS A CFII for sierra academy down at atwater(merced) CA. I flew to all of these airports and even hit the donut shop up there. Btw, did you ever try the street tacos up in ukiah? Those were worth the trip every time. Love the content. Takes me back!

combined trim wheel with the TCA yoke, its very similar because i can roll the wheel while releasing the tension on the yoke. So its not necessarily "flight control" pressure from the flight control surfaces but rather the tension in the yoke system. About as close as you can get to the real thing without force feedback
