The caveat to all this is the three that lived probably know who did it, they wont talk because the streets talk. Ace never talked when his three boys got killed with him because he allegedly knew Foolio was directly part of that. Ace said in his song Game Over that all the people from the the video Foolio shot at the grave of 23 were shot so that itself is self incriminating because all the other guys who were shot arent even named still, so its impossible for Ace to know who was shot. I think Ace is smarter than ppl think, he wasn't directly involved but much like Carlo Gambino, he's the boss, all it takes is a conversation and a simple thumbs up. I personally believe a convo happened and Ace said something along the sarcasm line of "it would be a shame if he died on his birthday" (with a wink) ... Ain't no way he's not involved. He claimed it in his song, saying anybody else can get it too. You don't do that in the streets if you're not involved.
