I watched this at three in the morning and I was amplified with the understanding that tomorrow will only, and can only be built by your own two hands. Thank you David for exposing us to such incredible individuals, I can't wait for you to have SKEEM GP! And a few will only speak about the trauma that the woman in our lives sometimes (unaware) put as through. Your podcast is proper and may it grow bigger.

Great that he studied and turned his life around but some of his points and perspective on life , love are of a damaged person , he's entitled to believe that however it comes across as the same anger issue he talks about he suffers from it , in the process creating another Solly in his child , easy to say he must forgive his parents , family and baby mama but hard to do it , good luck to him and King David is thee greatest conversationalist in the world . I have been this podcast for the second day now due to loadshedding. It is long but I told myself that I will finish it. Every time I come back I start from the beginning because I did not want to miss anything. I always say this that the traumas Black people have are soo deep and enrooted from the apartheid atrocities. It is unfortunate that the elite and the privilege ones always downplay this notion. Truth is we inherited so much from apartheid.

Wow Bra David you are wise, especially on that part where you were advising Bra Solly about his kid. The thing is you don't usually give your opinions, so today was the first time I heard you tell a guest his mistake.

Yoh very inspiring talk, most of the time we complain and give up about very simple things in life, it's not only inspiring for ex offenders but for people who are unemployed as well.

Only if women would understand that single parenting is hurting kids they would stop this thing of equality and keep legs closed until marriage is formalized

Poverty introduced alot of black children to crime, early pregnancy causing child neglect. Lack of support from the family is also a contributing factor. Black tax as well.

I'm not okay It's 01:49 midnight cleaning the house after a week of not cleaning, not because im busy but iv struggling to take care of self. After listening to this using my Bluetooth speaker I now realised the reason why I'm not okay. Having a parent who is there but not there ,cuts deep. I remember when I was in primary grade 7 the teachers called my mom to fetch me because I had Messed my school due to periods. My mom told the teachers she was at a job interview. When I got home I found her with friends drinking beer in her PJs @ Bra David how do I get over my childhood traumas when my mom isn't alive to cry too.😔💔

This guy has hurt too much and for a very long time. I know that pain and grew to hurt many and treated girls like objects. Even when I found God at a later stage of my life I still found it difficult to believe that I could be loved. But God’s love was so persistent including his several visitations, assuring me whenever I was attending interviews that he was behind me. Today I am healed and I can live back. We humans can only reciprocate what we have received, whether love or rejection. May this guy receive true healing from God.

The way this guy is so aticulate and intelligent sounding he is a real fighter I love the fighting spirit in him. I can relate to his story. How a person is brought up affects their emotional DNA unfortunately in African communities teenagers who went through such never get a chance to go thruogh councelling.

This guy is really an inspiration to other people out there, his side of story about jail is so UNIQUE, normaly we always here people talking about serving sentences till they finish their sentences and some tell us about number gangs and bad things occurring there. He ran from serving a sentence till jail circumstances force him to conform into the standards of prison, his story is so UNIQUE!.
