I love how this is canonically one of Sora’s favorite worlds to visit

The difference in style is very evident. I almost forgot this world existed and when I remembered, it was hard to imagine what Sora, Donald, and Goofy would look like in a world of realistic characters. It's weird to see Nomura's art style clash with PoC.

I'm astonished this world is coming back to Kingdom Hearts... We can finally get to experience PoTC properly! With designs that fit with characters and the unreal engine 4 will just allow all those realistic tones and visuals to pop out! I'm loving it and I know I'll love that world more than I did in KH2!

This is gonna sound crazy... but I really hope PoC returns in KH3. In fact there are some certain clues in this video that it may happen. First off - When Sora, Sparrow, and the others were stranded in Shipwreck Cove, Goofy lets out that there are other worlds (without getting scolded by Donald) and Sparrow overhears it. While the Trinity Gang talk about the other worlds, Jacks thinking about the possibility of traveling to those worlds (or he probably may be confused at the whole thing) because he is a man of adventure. Secondly, Sparrow developed a keen interest in the Keyblade and wanted it for a reward for helping out. When he learned that the keyblade can only be with Sora, he vowed to get a crew to take it from Sora, hoping that he'll have what it takes to wield it someday. Third, Goofy pointed out that Jack will be able to wield a keyblade because he and Sora are alike. (That's a pretty dopey clue, I'll admit it but it's a clue. Finally, as Sparrow heads out in the Pearl, Sora hopes to see him again. Those are my clues on the possibility of PoC reappearing in KH3.

Still can't believe that Jack Sparrow in KH2 is the same VA for Tidus...

It’s funny how no character ever questions anything about their bizarre appearances in the game. Out of all the worlds they don’t use a disguise to blend in its the one they stand out the most in.😂

I kinda thought that jack was going to keep his promise and try to take the keyblade in KH3

I just want Square Enix to do a full on POTC game. The way they adapted the world and characters into the game to uncanny accuracy is nothing short of astounding.

It’s weird how Barbossa is literally the only Disney villain in KH2 apart from Maleficent and Pete to call the Heartless by their actual names and not just “creatures”or monsters.

Barbosa: We are not the living or the dead

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that Barbossa's death is only real death we see in kingdom hearts. Since everyone else who dies either fades away into motes of light cougheraquscough or darkness

My bedroom window open combined with tonight's air makes me feel like I'm in Port Royal.

It's interesting how they remade the PotC just enough for children's consumption but still included some things .... Like Barbossa talk about pleasurable company but doesn't go into detail after , like in the movie ... Also when Will points the gun to his chin, they leave that out too, understandably... However we do see Sparrow's shoot which ultimately kills Barbossa ... However, again the wound isn't there, understandably...
