When Sora and the other guardians “die” during the first part of the keyblade war... when Sora brings everyone back, why did time reset?

Wait, what? Are you serious? The Lingering Will just appeared, fought Terranort, and then just... vanished? Are you for real?

Kind of disappointing that the lingering will only got a little bit of screen time only to what I'm assuming is die/be destroyed off-screen, but it only doing so much kind of makes sense, at least in my mind. Thinking about it, the lingering will seemed like it could only move about for brief periods at a time - either requiring long "rest" periods between or only having a very limited amount of time (hence the "lingering" part of the name) before it disappears for good. If the latter is correct, then it makes sense why it stayed in the key blade graveyard instead of pursuing Xehanort. So it remained motionless to conserve its strength for when Xehanort finally returned, only springing to life once when it mistook Sora for Xehanort (provided that fight is canon). I imagine by the time Xehanort did return to the graveyard (10-12 years?) it had maybe minutes of "life" left to spare. In my mind, the cutscene probably would've gone one of two ways: 1) the lingering will forced Terranort to fall back, with it returning to signature stance for the last time (or maybe falling apart), 2) Terranort wins the struggle and smash it into pieces with its last thoughts being of aqua and ven before the will vanish for good. When can obviously assume the lingering will lost that fight and is probably no more, but it would've been nice to actually see.

She told Roxas as he got captured by Riku and DiZ that even though Roxas will forget about her, the memories themselves will never go away and that the memories of both her and Roxas will be together forever inside him, meaning Sora. Also, I’m growing sick and tired of people who are calling Kairi useless. 15:00 We got RIPPED OFF here. This should have been a cinematic masterpiece like the secret ending was. It would have been like: A cinematic cutscene switches over. The Guardians arrive on the cross roads where they see the True Organization XIII approach them lead by Master Xehanort. Xehanort begins his speech all the while the sky begins to darken with stormy clouds. Flashes of light and dark lightning begin to flash in the sky. The Organization send a cloud of darkness towards the guardians, to which they reply by summoning their keyblades where a bright light illuminated the darkness away. Forcing the hooded figures to shield their eyes. The guardians in their stances hold their possession for Xehanort to make the first move. Everyone waiting in silence. All that is heard is the rumbling of thunder and the breeze of the wasteland… Xehanort yells to begin to which all of his Organization members still wearing their hoods fly past him and heads towards the guardians. Xehanort sitting back to watch. The guardians charge forward as well. All of them running towards the middle of the crossroads where they meet at a collision. A big clash of Light and Dark energy emerge upon impact. To which Xehanort smirked at the sight. Everyone is at war with one another. Attacks are flying left and right. Clashes of blades and magic. The guardians using teamwork to defend themselves against the onslaught of the hooded figures. Everyone defending each other and themselves to the best of their abilities. Sora eventually decides to break through and rush Master Xehanort who replies with summoning mountain’s similar to what he did before in the past. Sora rushes up to climb the mountains. Three Organization members begin to follow him, to which Sora has to defend against their attacks, a fight on the side of the mountain accours, only to be saved by Riku and Mickey who tell him to go while they hold them back. Sora complies and meets Xehanort on the top. Sora clashes blades with Xehanort who later uses wind and lightning to push him back knocking him off the mountain with great force. Kairi catching his fall. Xehanort begins to raise his hands to summon his organization again, where they join him on top of the mountain to help create a maze/stone castle fortress around the battle field. Everyone getting separated in the mess of it all. Sora and Kairi reach out for each other before a wall blocks them from the others view. Cinematic ends. Gameplay resumes where they Guardians take on the Organization individually.

I'm missing something. Master Xehanort saif "nine keys" were made from nine clashes between the 7 light keyblade wielders and the 13 dark former/current keyblade wielders.
