I got him earlier and this was a massive pain. I had to make sure I was right in front of the card so I didn't accidentally hit another or the lock on went to another one. Oh and Rage Form was insufferable during his DM, I initiated by accident and got killed like 3 times.

Tip: When one card is remaining cast thunder

Take your time and don't be reckless(the time limit doesn't decrease unless you take damage or lose at a game). The spinning cards slow down, until they stop and explode, the trick is to hit them as they slow down, as it speeds them up again, then again, and again, until all are gone. The scuffled cards will always face you except for the ones you need to hit. Countering his jumping card attack will allow you to hit him.

His data fight in KH2 is one of the easiest ones. As long as you can do the mini game sped up and the DM there’s no real threat.

Honestly this fight isn’t much harder than KH2 version. If you are patient and don’t rush too much you will beat him no problem.

Fought him on Proud, no EZ or PRO codes, and it's way easier than the KH2 one. No reaction command timing, no running for your life as a card, die, no BS timing on a final game. If you learn his moves, this is quite easier.

Sometimes luxord can teleport himself into another Card and its very fast. You may did not see it

REALLY late, but it’s because you dodged the attacks instead of blocking them. You can see that when the cards are in the red looking form on opposite sides of sora, he dodged it and those cards end up on the ground. He also dodges the twister attack once, and those 3 cards are on the ground too (I think it’s before the second game where the cards follow the camera)

I suggest just learning his attacks.. remember you can’t attack him most of the time, only after winning one of his games. So be sure to learn his attack patterns and try to get not get hit a lot since that results into your times and hp going down. When he does his Desperation Move don’r rush it, it’s by no means on a timer. Stay calm and only press triangle on a card when your absolutely certain it will be Luxord’s.

Just parry and be patient and pay attention to the cards, it's one of the longest battle maybe but not the hardest I will try tomorrow

if it's when he shuffles them on the ground then I have a strategy, what helped me is jumping into the air and watching his card run along the floor. but as I'm in the air i pause and un pause as fast as I can so I can track him no matter how many cards there are

actually its more like bad eyesight on your part. if you pay attention to the auto lock-on then its no big deal. i've never once gotten hurt by that attack, even on critical. it's the least of your worries on this particular fight.

@@Glassesgirl2002 It's got nothing to do with my eyesight. Even when the cards are perfectly stationary, Sora will often lock onto a card that's nowhere near him at the expense of one he's literally an inch away from. I've already beaten Luxord, he isn't that bad, but it's a gimmick of a battle

Timing your attacks help (until sora hits twice and hits the X.....)

@@pascalsimioli6777 kh3 has flaws. this is not one of them. i suggest you get good or stop playing. i have now beaten luxord with all pro codes on level 1/critical, and its still easy. Bizkit047 made a good video about the problems in kh3. you should watch that if you want to see the actual problems. you being bad at the game is not a flaw of the game. if a game's quality was determined by how good or bad you are at a game, then kingdom hearts 2 is a 0 out of 10 because i still can't beat the lingering will on critical mode. the game is not perfect, but its also not dark souls 2, which is an actual bad game. once again, get some glasses and acquire a better sense of timing. if you can do that this boss is a joke. in other words, just to repeat myself, get good.

Didn't realize they flipped to show on lower difficulties. I've noticed that when you run around/pan the camera, the fakes rotate to hide their backsides and the circle cards are either stationary or turn slowly (can't really tell which). Try to get behind the cards and rotate the camera quickly enough to catch which ones are moving and which ones have O

Veeah Cassiopeia These videos help, they get easier the more you fight them. One method I’d recommend for some desperation moves is to use Simba as a weapon or protection. (Saix can have his beserk bar annihilated if you keep pouncing on him and Vanitas dm you can avoid mostly if you keep jumping and running around are two examples.)

It is less floaty. Update 1.09 gives Sora new, faster, and way better combo modifiers that makes his old ones obsolete, and they come for free. Sora's base form combos are now better than his KH2FM ones.

Pirate King Boros I largely agree with Mean Commenter. Just level up to 99, farm strength and magic boosts and you don’t need skills. Just press X a lot. Lol
