I go to gym alone, i m all Time alone. I start gym since 4-5 month. I Saw everyday a Guy at m'y gym with Big arms. Doing push up everyday. One day, this Guy look at me and tell me " u work hard bro, keep grinding". He don't know but he give me so much motivation and power this day. Today we talk together and he teach me some good exercises. Don't be afraid to tell to people u'r proud of what thet do. This guy really help me. Thx bro 💪

For me a pair of earbuds with good bass sound is perfect for gym motivation. A pair of earbuds like that immerses you into the music like nothing else, it's constant motivation you always upbeat. It was the best thing I did for my workout consistency and intensity.
