My god, the work that they put into this, hot damn and the patience of the staff to stay there and roll that dough over and over again till it gets that thin...These people are amazing! And i really do hope that they use the leftovers of the dough for another dish (which they probably do).

만두 알기를 우습게 알고 살아왔는데...아니군요. 물론 모든 만두가 다 이렇게 정성들여 만들어지는 건 아니지만. 솜씨에 경의를 표합니다. 똑같은 재료로 나보고 만들어보라고 하면 나는 못만들지요.

You need a lot of manpower for dumpling food. My friend got into this business making and serving all kinds of dumplings in the end she gave up even though it was a good money because it was too exhausting for her.

At my work, I can change windshield wiper blades crazy fast, and most of the customers are amazed. I tell them "you should have seen me my first couple of months".

10:55あたりからすげー好き。自分用に。切った後の皮が消しゴム削った後のにしか見えなくなってきて、最高に好き。あと音も好きなんだけど。切った時のジッパー下げた時みたいな音も好み。控えめなジッパーというか。。

진짜 맛있는 만두피는 끝 부분은 얇게 떠야 함.. 물만두로 해서 양념간장이랑 먹으면 그냥 미침
