This was my favorite Digimon series. Koichi's story arc will remain forever peak 🔥

I hated how Zoe, Tommy, JP and Koichi became useless a lot of the time during the 2nd half when Unity Evolution came.

I was obsessed with Digimon im general as a kid but Frontier had me in a chokehold. I used to use my dad's tape measurer as a "Digivice" because I thought the tape snapping back looked like them absorbing the code 💀

“EXECUTE!!! SPIRIT EVOLUTION!!!!!!” That always ALWAYS had me hype🔥 my personal fav out of the franchise

Digimon Tamers and Frontier were like the Digimon equivalent of Gen 3 Pokemon hype

Kazemon is my favorite digimon. Shame that the producers treated her badly, to made her only like a fan-service, than makes her a proper strong digimon, as with the exception of Ranamon, Kazemon never manages to wins a battle by herself, including her debut. To be honest, it would be cool that Kazemon's attacks would more powerful, and that she had some skill to inflicts some mind control to her enemies, than inflicts a short infactuation with her love tap, as this special skill would makes Kazemon more capable, useful and versatile.

This was my fav Digimon series! I loved the fact that it was different and the tamers or characters themselves became the Digimon. I guess everyone just wants the same old formula huh?

This series and tamers were probably my two favorite seasons.

Yeah, this was my favorite Digimon series, right next to Data Squad. It was the transformation sequences for me.

The people who love this season also loved power rangers. Hence why it’s my favorite season. Lol plus Burning Greymon was the best greymon variant in my opinion.

the last great season/series/spinoffs imo. the first 4 series/seasons were really good and I hope to one day rewatch them. it all kinda went downhill after that

This was a hard season for me to watch after Tamers. Tamers was just so good. But I’m gonna give it another chance now that I’m older.

I like how the dub of the music by Shuki Levy for the first episodes and Deddy Tzur most episodes

He didn’t mention how often these guys get their asses kicked. They get beat up, Digimon get deleted, the Digimon area gets scanned away and they run with their tail between their legs. It’s great

hi-key best series. the stakes were much higher on this one. and let us not forget how evil and i mean truly evil Lucemon is. also when they "defeat" Cherubimon that was a husk of it's former self because Cherubimon was defeated on that one film.

My favorite part was near the series end. Lucimon was kicking the Digimon's asses, but they managed to turn the tide, beat him, and "purify" him... but instead of deleting the darkness inside him like Cherubemon, the protagonists removed the light, turning Lucimon into a giant black dragon. It was TERRIFYING scene and it sticks out in my head.

This season was my introduction to the series as a whole with Tamers being my favorite this is my second place thou.

seems sad that the only thing it gets hated for is the thing that makes it stand out and cool

I grew up with the first digimon series (cuz im old like that) and was totally into it. In my 20s i tried to go back and rewatch all the digimon that were out at the time ( i think that was up to Digimon Fusion), but just couldnt get there. I like the first 2 series, but digimon tamers is so bleak and dreary and kinda slow that it was a bit painful to get through. And then trying to get through frontier and its slow start right after that was just too difficult for me and i dropped the whole venture. There's definitely an argument to be made that all the early digimon series were pretty bleak, but tamers into frontier was just too much for me... oddly enough though, I fks with the English opening to frontier. We need to bring back english original openings for anime, those slapped

i remember as a kid i absolutely hated how childish this show was especially after Tamers which i adored. Still, the theme song (english) and the evolution method was sick AF

4:45 and from this point on, evreyone but Koji and Takuya is useless. Seriously, why did they even bother with anything but Kaisergreymon and Magnagarurumon against the royal knights, just to make the other children seem less obsolete?

I love this season, if digimon is real i want to evolve and became a digimon, rather than just have a digimon fighting for me. I want to do the action myself

Frontier is million times better than that boring and overrated Adventure. Frontier has a much darker story, far better animation, more serious characters and also more violence as well. And I especially like the strong love between the brothers Koji and Koichi.
