@Mike Rotchburns lol no they just use dodge recoveries and I frames to escape most of the hits unless your character can do the same you will not win.

Deflect should make you get the priority no matter what, like on Berserker. That you get punished for succeeding in a deflect is a game problem and shouldn't happen. :(

@@dbio305 deflect is a good way of taking back the priority. Also, deflecting a heavy with Bersk = free GB = guaranteed side heavy : it deals more dmg than parry/ripost light. But some deflects are sometimes not good enough... Shaolin deflects for example are useless VS someone into a hyper-armor combo, BP has enough time to full block stance etc.. that is why I don't use deflects if it doesn't control the opponent.
