Интересно было бы посмотреть поверхность внутри бутыля. И оценить равномерность толщины в разных местах. Пусть при центробежной силе стенки получаются ровно, а что там на дне, в частности, его середине. Да и у горлышка. Что-то нам не допоказали

Судя по отверстию около дна - толщина стенки около 4 см. Около "горлышка" - 1-1,5 см. Разница толщины получается за счёт перекоса формы и досыпа новой порции пластика в процессе формования (показали 3 мешка). Практика - критерий истины. Если эти ёмкости работают заявленное время и держат жидкость внутри - значит всё сделано правильно. Моё внимание привлекло то, что рабочие с пластиковым порошком работают без респираторов. Интересно, сколько пластика они вдыхают?

@@user-wo5dh4xi5z ТБ - дело относительное. Пакистанцы в литейных цехах в шлепках работают и ничего, а у нас за отсутствие на лестнице таблички "Лестница" штрафуют. Раньше людей не берегли, в кузове грузовиков, в телегах тракторов на работу возили, а население росло. Сейчас их здоровье берегут очень тщательно, недавно за отсутствие маски наручники и воронок. Но убыль населения как в войну

It is far from a fact that bags are thrown away. They are either sold by some farmer as containers, or handed over as recyclable materials for processing. In any case, it is neat to fold the bags and does not create a mess in the workshop. Hello from Russia. :)

Males it slightly easier for the worker to place the contents in the form. I would say they re use the bags over and over. And they are probably from material that has been delivered. The best recycling method there is

Don't know what plastics they use, but we can surely say no, because it would ruin the color. They seem to have a brand color.

These are HDPE containers. HDPE is recyclable. However, if it was used to contain chemicals this may limit recyclability. Colorant, as noted by another user, is also somewhat of an issue. Regrind often more suited where color doesn’t matter or where it would be applicable to use black.
