Quick update on the Pro version sliders...

I ride the OG S22. Swapped out for 6 wheel sliders that allow for all geometry and put on a Shinko 244. This wheel is an absolute Beast and a blast to ride!

Yes I had also the OG s22 but with bad motor… I placed the custom sliders and performed so much better then the Pro version… will update how it works with new wheels!

I have the 4 wheel OG slider. So much better than stock, but I find it really hard to remove the bearings which I need to do as some are busted. Any tips?

Yes from 2 sides underneath with 2 tire spoons…

Update : de hou ningning ( blauw ) sliders hangen eraan. Top trilling zijn weg. De witte op de pro versie waren los gekomen, misschien was aanspannen genoeg?? Dit kan je wel zeggen van alle bouten , de hanger bouten, de motor bouten, alles zat los. Uit de doos is er werk aan zo’n KS S22 pro , rollagers zaten schuin, sliders zaten los, bout brak tijdens het springen, de veer was te slap gespannen. Ik hoop dat ik nu alle ( issues ) gehad heb. En nu, nu rijdt en springt hij fantastisch.

@@Lowlandeuc ja klopt er gaat veel tijd en geld in die s22 pro voor al een 5de of 6de batch van een s22 te zijn en dat is wel jammer… nu als je alles gedaan hebt is het wel een geweldig wiel!

My s22 pro was vibrating pretty bad in reverse as well. 0:55 . Last night I tightened and applied lock tight to the 16 screws mounting the 4 slider rails and it stopped vibrating completely!

Okay nice to know… the wheels are good condition still? My rails are tight and got new wheels and it’s really smooth now on the stock pro sliders… u need 7x24x5

Broken bolts by jumping, knocking sounds by angled bearings, vibrating during braking , 2 weeks old is my pro???? And now dismantled to fix it. My sherman needed 4000 km for the first dismantling. Do they ever test drive this wheel? Maybe this wheel turns out to be a dream, if you know his inside’s and customise it completely.

Yeh we got the same problems in our group here with the s22 and the pro… the Patton starts promising and good starting base to build on and improve where needed! Customize suspension stiffness with different coil maby and or oil for improved dampening! 66lbs is okay for trails with drops and jumps but nothing to big I think? We gonna try it tomorrow with hardest settings and preloads!

Im getting there. I can roll off curbs and turn right a bit better. Cant wait to go off road trail very soon.

Does S22 Pro sliders will be better with blue Hou Ningning rollers? And how long they last until you;ll need to replace them too?

Just get the white because we all use them here in this group and after hard off-road and jumps they still are intact after +2000km…

Complete garbage system. And they repeat this design with the s19. This is clearly a company that has no idea what they are doing. The s22 was the last kingsong I will ever purchase. I replaced the sliders with the Hou Ningning 8 wheel, and it is amazing, but the amount of maintenance and shit that breaks all the time, this just doesn't fit the bill for what it's ment to be.

So true! Yesterday i got the Patton 66lbs and it is night and day difference with suspension but also the build quality! It feels so solid and the power comes with ease…

@eucadventures612 Yeah, I really want to trail ride a Patton, that's what I got the s22 for. But the list of problems with the s22 is huge, bearings, slider suspension exposed to elements with an after thought sliders. Motor recall, mines been in parts for the last month suspension bolts sheered. Many will have this issue mark my words, now that the aftermarket sliders make the geometry function, it can't handle the stress. And I seen many boards blow on really small crashes.

Yeh but also that they came from the s20 and had so much time to fix all this… they never got it right! Custom is better then factory itself…

@eucadventures good point. I was one of the first to receive the production model. I pre-ordered it, expecting that after they had a prototype out there, production should be good. Tired of hearing never buy first batch, f that, these companies need to do better. Noone avoids a new civic till its 3rd generation. And another thing the vibrations you get from the sliders in reverse, there is nothing you can do. It well stop around 750 km. Also Hou Ningning cnc sliders have a new set of wheels, blue in color and are more durable than the wheel ones that are made for furniture manufacturing.

@@dirt.surfer Do you mean that the vibrations will stop around 750kms if you leave the stock sliders and wheels in it? Why would they suddenly stop vibrating? Sorry for the questions, just trying to clarify because my S22 Pro that i got 4 days ago has been doing this from the moment i pulled it out of the box
