Always a great idea to put the fixing where the water will always go the low point. so its the last part to dry and the bottom row off fixing will rot first .

Os recomendaría poner los tornillos en la parte alta y no por donde corre el agua, ya que cuando se pase la junta de goma del tornillo va a entrar el agua

You should cover that roof with a thick coat of asphalt tar after this, and sprinkle some sand over it, while it is still hot and mushy.

Chapuzas, nunca se ponen tornillos en las canales, hay que ponerlos en las cubiertas. De lo contrario acaban saliendo goteras.

Two things I dont understand from Kingspan, one of the best panel sándwich fabricators….. Screws in the lower part or the panel???? and more important, operators on a roof without appropriate safety equipment such as nets or harnesses attached to lifelines???? Thats not the way…...

Im saying it because Kinspan is an example and a reference in the international market and as such is expected the best. If this is the modern roofing method then I'm disappointed. I watched a father-son roofing project on youtube and they used some old method with half new and half old tiles. That was crappy but this isn't much better. Maybe for dry and mild climate, but not for cold, windy, snowy areas of the world. Also these screws will eventually leak as the rubber seal will dry rot.

What an absolute waste of money this is , why would you use this over standard tiling or even supalite tiles ,totally stupid idea sealant on tiles icing did that in my job I'd be called a cowboy 😂😂😂
