Also, while you are in Luxor, I recommend that you go on an air balloon trip at least once. it's really magical seeing the sunset up in the sky while in the air balloon while at the same time being able to look down on the one of oldest and most intact civilizations in the whole world. you won't regret it

the pushy behaviour in the souq is not just with the foreign tourists trust me lol, i’m egyptian and i went earlier this year and it’s the same with everyone😂 but this is their way of marketing sadly. I think that we egyptian by nature are very hectic and loud and stuff, and may come across as pushy or annoying. but in reality we just don’t get enough tourism so when we see a tourist we try to make him feel welcome but it often goes sideways😂

Another interesting part of the food...that is what I always find interesting visiting different countries. Thanks for sharing. They do that in Mexico in the tourist area too saying I know you from the resort etc and try to sell you something. I agree with you...for the most part all touristy areas in the world can be a little pushy...but you do learn to give a strong no thank you and end the conversations. Do you miss traveling on the trike? I'm guessing you will have to get back in shape after a long break.

First time to watch your Vlogs Was quite entertaining to watch your video in Alexanderia with the small history addition to the last of your video as i was eating a snack after a tough workout day. Most of people who recorded their tour guide in Egypt were mostly from Germany and America, But never thought of a French before. Quite interesting lol. I wish you've a really good time here in Egypt despite of how some people can be really very rude or not understanding you but from the bottom of an Egyptian heart i wish you endless happiness in that trip.

I was married to a man from Egypt. We visited his family in 2001 during Ramadan. We flew there from New York city. Then from the airport in Cairo we rode a bus to Alexandria. We stayed for 2 weeks.

Pauvre Luxor.... Mais tu as fais le bon choix de rester le plus de temps possible dans la partie locale. Je fais toujours le même choix. Je pense également que c'est la meilleure carte postale du lieu visité. Enjoy!!!!!
