Wendy is a kinship carer to two of her grandchildren.
After receiving advice and guidance from fellow kinship carers during @Kinshipcarecharity group sessions, Wendy realised she wasn't the only one and became more involved by spreading the word of kinship carers. As a campaigner, she has been in touch with several local MPs and hopes to continue raising the profile of kinship carers.
