Removing the mower deck from the Kioti CS2210 with easy to follow instructions. This took me about 10 mins to remove the mower deck. This is my first time doing this, and for me, it was pretty easy. You do have to use some brute force at times to pull on these pins, but it was rather easy to do.
**** TIP to remove deck****
With the deck raised in the upper position while attached to the tractor, lower the wheels FIRST.
Full instructions from the Kioti Mid-Mower, Kioti CS2210 Owner's Manual (SM2410)
Pull the drive shaft locking coupler towards the front of the tractor and slide the joint universal off the PTO shaft.
Install the PTO cap on the PTO shaft (which we don't have and is on order from Kioti)
Disconnect the Lift Link Rear from the deck using the Pin Lift Link Rear.
Repeat for the opposite side.
Disconnect the Lift Link Front from the mower deck using the Pin Lift Link FF.
Disconnect the front linkage from the tractor using the Pin Lift Link Rear.
Repeat for the opposite side.
Carefully roll the mower deck out from under the tractor.
**CAUTION**
When rolling the mower deck from under the tractor, be very careful not to strike the hydraulic filter with the mower deck.
