@@dellassociates5897 that’s completely understandable but I believe that they can only disclose something without your consent if it’s life threatening like speaking about self harm. I make sure I’m in a private secluded space when I have mine and so far I haven’t had any issues! I’m hoping you can try it when you’re ready

I love a good self care Sunday ❤ I love that there are more black women in the self care and wellness space. I didn’t learn about self care (the term and idea) until my late 20’s / early 30’s after being diagnosed with fibroids and having to take the journey of healing& it includes everything you’re talking about here, mental health(therapy), resting, community, herbal teas, giving yourself grace and not giving up on yourself. Thank you so much for your vulnerability and transparency it’s been beautiful to watch your journey and your content editing is TOP TIER.

I resonated with this so well I been in a funk for some months now just from going through failed relationships and it has caused me to isolate and I genuinely crave healthy relationships but I have so much anxiety around putting myself out there to make new friendships.
