I have lost 10 kg in a month by just practicing these simple steps 1: Always drink water before meal and never drink it between or at tbe end. 2: use 1 cup green tea after every meal 3: Stop eating lunch, just did breakfast and diner. 4: eating just fruits in lunch for maintaining body energy for work 5: always Doing dinner before 8 pm. And never eat any thing after dinner except drinking water. 6: completely avoid Soft drink, fast food items and bakery items. Alhamdullilah in one month reduces my weight around 10 kg. So its all about ur commitment, right diet plan and consistency... U will achieve the result

I am medical student and I want to tell you that Roti is must in plan take half or full roti in a day because it is nessesary. And a simple diet is just take lemon water and add honey in lemon water and drink it in morning. If you take this than after a month you will see a difference. And avoid oily things

I lost my weight too I used to have breakfast in the morning Like apple mango and variety of fruits So that my body is hydrated Did not eat in lunch and then ate in dinnerAnd after dinner I did not eat anything except water And drank water before eating Did not drink after lifting and between meals There was no exercise and I lost My weight In just 1 month

Less; fat,salt,sugar,rice,chappati,white flour Incude; Fresh salad,fruits,pure juices,plenty of warm water *Most importantly eat on time and do house chores as an exercise :-) *One more thing: everyone's body is different from other and their requirements are different too. In my case,I literally lost 7 kg within a couple of weeks in 2018 Ramadan. I used to eat cereal or light chappati with half fried egg in sehri and just juice or fruit chaat/light snacks in iftaar. I had a lot of running around for house moving so I didn't realise that I'd lost too much of my weight. I went from 65kg to 58kg. But..... now I'm 75 kg 😛😂; Mum of 6 months old twins MashAllah so don't really bother about being over weight. My babies would help me get rid of this fat very soon after they start crawling and make me run after them lolx 😁!

Meals time p laina boht important hain. ye kafi galat hy k ap sara din thodi amount mai khatay rahay. ap k meals time main 7-8 hours ka gap hna bht zruri hy. Because thodi thodi dair baad khanay say body metabolism disturb hota hy and body ka apna fat burning process slow ho jata hta. And try karain k weekly 2 baar fasting karain. and khanay mai green vegetables and fruits lain. carbohydrates jaisay roti, naan and bread and sugar bilkul khtm kardain.

They must have amazing talents. They must be generous family makers. Career women, loving friends. They would be having their efforts and achievements. And all you chose to highlight is their weight? It's good to talk about healthy life style and tips but body shaming is a bad culture ur promoting

People can take boil mong ki daal, white chaney boil, soups, yakhni, steam meat, and fruits (no banana). In morning you people can drink a glass of hot water with grind flex seeds one tea spoon (alsi k beejh).
