Adeleine being an incredibly angsty, edgy teen is actually a representation of her state when she was excluded from the Kirby franchise for about 18 years

For a sec I thought this was the aftermath of the Kirbys dying, and Adeleine just spiralled into depression

so let me get this straight. she got smacked by void termina's soul that was defeated and made a friend by kirby smashing it with friendship. it possesses her, but she sneezes it out, and then that forms itself into images of kirby, the only thing its known as a friend from when kirby smacked it around with friendship. seems like a great great prequel, she sneezed her 'kids' after taking a soul to the head from space. the fact that this somehow could fit under an only slightly loosened kirby canon is honestly the weirdest part of this whole thing. also good job on the fun animations, probably should have lead with that.

Considering what we know of the backstory of the company and Adeline, I think this is how the Company came to be, they are the reincarnations of Void, representing Adeline's inner emotions

Using Void's reincarnation to create the 10 small kirbies and using adeleine's emotions for them is a genius idea, kudos kudos

This “King” person Ade was talking about would probably mean that she was talking about King DeDeDe. Since DDD steals food every night, Ade calls him “Mr. IRobMyKingdomOfTheirFoodEverynight.”

Funny thing, I was thinking of a story where Adeleine was still having trouble from the past with Zero Two and Dark Matter. This version of her before meeting The Company is a good way of showing that idea. Plus I like the idea of tying in Star Allies as a plot point, showing that this is still the original universe, just a few years ahead of the game canon. Seeing how the Company was born, I’m wondering how Adeleine will be able to change from her current state. I’m excited for part two. Keep up the good work!

The general Alcohol is pretty good. Have you ever had a cold beer with pizza before? Hell yeah! I remember King used to drink a lot when I was younger and told me to never touch "that stuff". And look at me noe, I'm doing just fine. It's about time I'm being taken more seriously! Glumone Man... Life was magical when I was a kid. Nowadays, it's just boring... He was the perfect big brother but I'm totally fine by myself now. I still visit him to this day so he can see how good I'm doing by myself! Cautiousone Everytime I visit King or go anywhere, I have to make sure that I'm not overwhelmed by people. I'm not agoraphobic! " Better safe than sorry" are just words to live by and I don't have the energy to fix problems caused by others. I can befriend others. It just takes a tiny bit longer. Cutesyone I like to please people. I can also get attached. I always make sure it's not too much, however. I don't want them to be freaked out. Maybe it makes me appear distant. If it wasn't for my prudence, I would shower them with affection. Oldone I would love to have someone under my protection. Just like King did for me, I would be there for them, play with them, teach them new things about life. There's nothing wrong with that idea! I may be clumsy and it could be said that this is my main flaw but come one! That would be adorable! Bitterone It may not look like it but I became a lot stronger over the years. My punching bad allows me to exercise quite often. I also became "grumpier" and "aggressive" according to King... (I mean I don't know, it sounds like a kiloton of bull[oops] that he pulled out of his [censored] or something. The [REDACTED] does he even know about me?! I'll show you "grumpy" and "aggressive" Mr.IRobMyKingdomOfTheirFoodEverynight! That's right, we all know it! NyahNyah~BlahBlahBlaah!) Lostone *Sigh* Its ok. I don't care. I'll just keep on doing what I do best: Enjoy my life without a care in the world. I'll cook, dance, shine... Anything. Sleep and observe. Observe the world, people, everything! Seems like Adeleine needed The Company just as much as they needed her... Also nice to see that Waddle Dee from the restaurant again!

From my take on this, after kirby defeated void termina, void transformed into the 10 mini kirbies (due to kirby being a pure bean and being the thing that killed him), and he was the beam that hit Adeline on the head .

Here's a theory: In ep 2: Cloud Gazing, General sees a parasol, and we see that the *Kirbys are in grass* hgetting wet from the storm (pay attention to the bold), and *Addeline is over them, with an umbrella wearing a hoodie* This may look like a stereotypical view, but it's actually how they all met and only general remembers it because the other Kirbys have passed out

This has me worried about the "soda" health item in the games. Also did Dedede just get cancelled?

I absolutely love the little details in these. Like how the Waddle Dee is reading a magazine, and they're trying to send a fox in to space.

Well, it *wouldn't* be a proper Kirby fanfic without some extremely abstract lore

Oh I get it. So since Void was purified by the heart and since it exists in all dimensions, it's new form came to this AU style world and shot right into Ado's head causing it to split into her different emotions from the sneeze (that or I'm WAY off the mark. Sometimes with Kirby you just don't know). But one things for sure, I'm definitely very interested in seeing what comes next. Keep up the great work :)

I absolutely adore the IMMEDIATE tone shift with this episode! Like, I initially watched this myself, loved it (in a kinda relatable sadness kind of way, though I'd never drink like that), then showed my husband (careful not to show him the thumbnail) and since we've both enjoyed watching this series grow, he was excited and started to "sing" the opening theme before stopping immediately when he realized something was off: there was no theme (well, it's barely audible), the colors were dark, and Adeline was alone with no Kirbabies. He legit turned and gave me a look like: This is the new Kirby Guardian episode? It's awesome to see the contrast in the happiness that we know Adeline feels being a "mom" to the baby Kirbies versus who she was: depressed and angry. Fantastic use of tone and backstory with this episode! Can't wait to see where you take it! 8D

What I am gathering is that ado was hit with a piece of void soul that had been purified into raw positive ( mostly) emotional energy causing mini kirby's.

From the looks of it this might be the prequel to how she became the Kirby guardian. And from the looks of it the 10 Kirbies might be Void Termina reincarnated

Honestly, this series makes me so happy to watch. It's amazing how easily it draws you in despite the fact that each episode is like 2 minutes long. Feels so much longer. On top of that, since I know each Kirby has a personality all their own, I like to go through each episode and focus on one Kirbo at a time just to get a read on each one's personality. Now I can recognize each one at a glace since I'm familiar with them. It makes rewatching the episodes very rewarding. Honestly, this is wild. How did you even come up with this? A series with backstory and interesting character beats for a side character that appeared in, what, two games? Three if you count Star Allies over a decade later? Very creative and imaginative. This and A Fox in Space showed me that Nintendo fans can be incredibly creative. I can just imagine you playing these games and the idea slowly growing and transforming in your head over years. It was worth the wait and all the work. Can't wait to see what's next!

I just realised that in kirby guardian 2 when the last 1 gaze at the cloud and thats a part when adeline found those kirbys And that's the sneak peak of the backstory

So each Kirby represents a part of Adeline, that’s really well thought out! 10/10

Ok, people may think this video is a sad alternative-origin. But, I would love to get hit by a comet if it means I get things that care about me and become genuinely happy.

I think im getting it now...in an alternate universe, After the events of Kirby Star Allies, the remains of Void Termina Soul fell to Popstar and landed near Adeleine. Adeleine was friends with “King” Dedede, and left for Popopo Island to have independence. She eventually discovers that Void Termina Soul has split into several Kirbys (as a reincarnation. Perhaps they are the same species, Kirby and Void Termina Soul?) and takes care of them. Its a fascinating take, and i cannot wait to see some more story! Maybe a future plot point where the little kirby grow up and meet the original, or maybe they combine to form a full Kirby. Only time will tell! Cannot wait!

So... the ten Kirbys are actually void reincarnated? Phew, that's a relief. I actually thought this was a Mass-Attack senario where Adeline managed to get a hold of the Heroic Heart, preventing the Kirbys from becoming whole again, and slowly dividing their personalities due to them being split for so long. At ep4, you can even see Adeline wearing a necklace that looks suspiciously similar to the Heroic Heart.

And here I thought Kirby lore couldn't get darker.

Ahhh, the prequel episodes. Edit: How I interpret the story: After the battle against Void Adeliene saw Kirby and Ribbon sacrifice themselves to save dream land. Dealing with survivor's guilt and losing her 2 closest friends. Her cheery self is gone. Upon reaching adulthood, she turned to alcohol in hopes of hiding the pain.

You guys probably already knew this. But turns out that the later comics that Kimi made about Kirby Guardian take place a long time before the events of Reincarnation. It’s been a long time since I was last interested in Kirby Guardian so it’s nice to know even more about a Fan-Made Universe that I already didn’t have any knowledge about in terms of lore.

Was rewatching this and realized the ending pics have changed text,Instead of being about The Company it's about Ado talking about herself and her past.

so basically in the times of Kirby star allies Kirby reincarnated Void Termina (the destroyer of worlds) so what I'm getting is that Void was reincarnated by Kirby then turned into a comet hit Adeliene who was probably in Rehab and shot out either void's or Adeline's emotions and shot them in the grass from Kirby 2 where she finds them in the exact same grass from pouring rain so this is a Prolohgue and a really insane plot twist really interesting Kimi Let's see what happens in part 2 also Kimi the each episodes that come animation is getting better and better I also subscribed so keep the hard work it's really good never lose hope and it's my theory.

I am deeply intrigued by this, it's a sudden dark tone shift and the fact you seem to be telling either an origin story or a AU story has REALLY piqued my interest. Especially with the Star Allies canon. Though I will admit, being a deadbeat drunk, single mom, but still cares for her 10 little kids is freaking story of my life material lmao. I love the ep. with a dark mood in a lighthearted series, 'cause it challenges the viewers by throwing things that they didn't expect from the series. It gives a more story-driven feel. I'm waiting for part 2.

If anyone is wondering, the next episode should at the very least have some marjor progress done on it in the next two months which should speed up Kiki's work flow.

Your animation style is awesome. I feel a lot of animators forget to use the whole head and not just the face, and body language too. That whole stare down scene with waddle dee is just * chef kiss* brilliant And I also notice it throught the rest of the series. KZfaq is a funny and a weird place and that's a huge understatement I know,but still this episode was recommended to me randomly one day and I decide to give it watch and boom! It's so cool when animators and artists get to finish their products and show everyone their talents, and I just love this take on Kirby and I can't wait to see more.

If you didn’t see that when she sneezed it went into the tall grass and in the cloud watching episode in the vision of one of the kirbys you see a tall grass field with the kirbys in the tall grass field so that means we are in the past

Hmmmm... interesting, so I take it this is a prequelish story for this episode. I like where this is going. It seems like there might be a powerful lesson behind all of this when it's done. As always keep it up.

Backstory of adell is...quite bit sad, can't wait for her to meet Kirby to brighter up her life

Ya know, Before watching this episode/part one I originally thought Kirby Guardian was an Amazing and funny adventure of grown up Adeleine and the little Kirby's or the Company but not watching episode seven and rewatching episode eight to death, it makes me wonder "how did the Company even exist?" and turns out the events of Kirby Star Allies and the Ultimate Choice in Soul Melter EX and some fan theories about Void being rebirthed as Kirby after the events of Soul Melter EX and holy crap, that really clicked on me (and stuff like that rarely happens to me nowadays) It was like some kind of puzzle and it just makes you understand how the puzzle connects and that was mind-blowing honestly! The animation is really amazing and I really like this version of Adeleine and her character development (I am not good of anazlazing characters) but seeing her drinking and going outside while being not in a good mood especially when a Waddle Dee looks at her, Which the ending where once the Company boi's change to Adeleine thoughts on them and now they act, to her own struggles being on the company boi's and It's amazing and really shows that It's not the same Adeleine that we usually knew, she stands out and I can't help but loved that! The fact that Adeleine senze is what is the cause of the Company's existence is quite funny to me but episode seven shows more of the Company's personalities and development also and more context how the Company meet Adeleine, which episode two first give us that (haven't I explain why this series is amazing? Because it is.) Overall the characters are amazing, the backgrounds are amazing, the animation is outstanding, I can go on how this is an amazing series and Kirby content I have ever watched. I hope you have a fun time doing what you love and keep up the amazing work you have been doing!

Bless this Adeleine for running into The Company. It’s incredibly tough to get out of a depressive slump like this... Poor dear. It’s just stuffed crust pizza, Hal-Cola, and Halcohol every day just to get the feels to go outside and paint.!
