Kirby Vacuum Sound (ASMR/White Noise for Sleep/Relaxation) #1

My 1961 Kirby 561 has a very ASMR triggering sound to it and makes me sleepy every time I listen to it. So I made a video that’s almost an hour long of the sound it produces. When you go to bed, play this video and close your eyes. Let the sound make you sleep. You can also watch it if you like.

THis makes me feel cozy and safe on two levels. One, the noise of course and two, this is the same exact vacuum my Mom had some 50 years ago and it takes me back to my youth.....bless you!

The sound of the motor has that same nostalgic effect on me. I am now 61 , but hearing this takes me back to early childhood.

30 years ago a vacuum sales man came to our house and tried in vain to sell us a kirby. At the time was retailed at $2.000. We thought he was pulling our leg😨 later in life i realized it was true.

You’ll need a binaural/3D microphone, it hears as your ears naturally do, rather than just where your phone’s microphone is recording

As a Dual Sanitronic 80 owner, I can guarantee that Kirby's, especially the well-kept older ones, are pretty much indestructible.

When restored and refurbished to fully operational order, no. When Kirby tests them at the factory they are run for i think its 4 or 8 hours nonstop back and forth by a robot as a stress test for each machine to make sure it does not break down after purchase.
