The little wood pieces together, you said sit on the table, looks like bird toys we made. Black permanent marker or paint touch up markers are good for touch ups. Replacing pieces of glass on lanterns is cheaper than the cost of lantern initially.

If you haven’t already taken the vase off the one plant, you could just use a bit of clay and stuff it into the two cracks and paint it gold when it dries. A Japanese tradition is to put the item back together and gild it.

Great score. I went a couple of weeks ago and scored a lot of wreaths and Christmas stuff as well. The prize tho was a $1000 cabinet with nothing wrong with it but it was missing one of the 4 doors on the front. So I took one of them off and now it's open on one side. You would never even know.
