सवेरे उठते ही हमारे मन पर क्या प्रभाव रहता है ?
जब हम सोने जाते हैं तो क्या-क्या प्रभाव लेकर सोने जाते हैं ?
कभी किसी के दुर्व्यवहार का प्रभाव, किसी के कटुवचनों का प्रभाव, जीवन में आने वाली असफ़लता का प्रभाव, निंदा, ग्लानि, हार का प्रभाव, अपने किसी संस्कार या विकर्म का प्रभाव - आत्मा को, बुद्धि को स्वच्छ नहीं रहने देता ।
बहुत important practice है कि हमारी स्थिति no effect की हो जाए । कोई effect नहीं, कोई प्रभाव नहीं ।
No Effect की स्थिति के लिए पहली मेहनत है - हम ज्ञान के कुछ points अपने पास रखें, जो जल्दी ही किसी चीज़ के प्रभाव को समाप्त करे ।
स्वमान के अभ्यास से, अशरीरीपन के अभ्यास से हम अपने मन को ऐसा शक्तिशाली बना कर रखें कि कोई भी प्रभाव ज़्यादा देर तक ठहर ना पाए ।
हम अपने जीवन को इस तरह जियें, समस्याएँ कम से कम हों..
2-3 बातों का ध्यान रखेंगे -
क्या इतना सहज है कि अभी-अभी हो जाए ?
ये सत्य है कि जिस चीज़ को करने की हमारे मन में दृढ़ता हो, जो परिवर्तन हम स्वइच्छा से दृढ़तापूर्वक करना चाहते हों, मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान की feeling हमें वैसा करने में समर्थ बना देती है ।
पहली बात - संतुष्टता के साथ जियें ।
जबतक हमारे पास गहराई से संतुष्टता नहीं आ जाती, तबतक हमारा चित्त शांत भी नहीं हो पाएगा ।
जिस क्षण हमारा चित्त शांत हो जाता है, उसी क्षण अनेक समस्याएँ लोप हो जाती हैं, क्योंकि समस्याएँ हमारे कमज़ोर मन की रचना है ।
जब हमारा मन निर्बल है, जब उसमें नेगेटिव संकल्प चल रहे हैं, हमसे नेगेटिव वाइब्रेशन चारों ओर फैलते हैं.. वो समस्याओं को जन्म देती है ।
जिसके मन में नेगेटिव संकल्प समाप्त हो जाएँ, उसके जीवन की सभी समस्याएँ भी समाप्त हो जाती हैं ।
हम सभी जीवन जीने के तरीके को बदल दें, हम कैसे बोलते हैं, हमारे व्यवहार में कटुता है, हमारे व्यवहार में अहंकार मिक्स रहता है, हमारे शब्दों में रोब झलकता है, हम हर समय किसीन किसी तरह के असंतोष की अग्नि में जलते हैं, तो हम स्वयं समस्याओं को जन्म दे रहे हैं ।
