I wish they developed Haizaki a bit more, he had a lot of potential, and during the Teiko arc, we could see that he was more of a lovable delinquent instead of the violent person he is now. Everything really did fall apart when Captain Nijimura left, he was one of the few people who could control Haizaki, similar to a parent. When he left, the G.O.M and Haizaki started to grow out of control. After Haizaki lost the game, he decided not to burn his basketball shoes, showing that he does care about basketball to some extent. I really feel he could have become a great player if he had the proper guidance.

I wouldn't call it a nerf. His foot was injured from the Interhigh, but it got better by the Winter Cup. However, since copying just Aomine put a lot of pressure on his leg, performing Perfect Copy puts like 5 times as much pressure.

I don't think Haizaki would have ever been able to pillage the GoM abilities. Haizaki takes the move and changes it slightly making it his. Midorima's shot is specifically made to be perfect. If you change it, it might not go in. Or Aomine's change of pace. Imagine doing that but altering it just a little. You might injure yourself.

Felix Essentislly Kise can Shoot from anywhere because Midorima Is super athletic and dunks really well. We can see this in opening 3 where he does legit one of the hardest dunks ever lmao. Overhead 360 degrees clockwise. Cross anyone because Akashi He likely can do behind the backs, no looks, etc passes because watching Kuroko He can also copy Aomine. How do you beat him in a one on one situation? You don’t. So now you have to double or triple team him (also note he can copy NBA players who have gotten past multiple defenders at once) Now that you’ve double or triple teamed him, he has one to two people, ALWAYS open for a pass. Essentislly becomes unbeatable if your defense isn’t literally the best.

+Kusalin Thanyakullsajja Wow. Way to completely misunderstand. Ever heard of "hypothetically speaking?" The thing is, Haizaki already had skill AND potential. He was a proven basketball player, he was just too lazy to actively seek getting stronger. Put it this way. Aomine, he's ridiculously strong. However, he could have been even stronger (perhaps the strongest of the GoM) had he continued training non-stop. That is a fact and you know it. That's what I'm trying to say with Haizaki. There's only so much hard work can do for you in certain situations. Unless you are naturally gifted at Maths and max out your potential, there's only so far you can go with hard work alone. If a normal person and a prodigy were to train a specific skill with the same amount of training, food, time etc, the prodigy will always come out on top.

+Kyle Harris I'm not sure if that would've happened. You heard Haizaki himself say that the GoM skills were the only skills he couldn't pillage. I'm assuming the skill of pillaging requires Haizaki to be more skilled/stronger/powerful than the person that he's pillaging from. Haizaki is on equal terms if not lower with the GoM so he couldn't. Compared to Kise who was able to copy the GoM by compensating for different areas to mimic the skill.

No one called akashi in his first name "Seijuro". Even the bad/mean characters respects and feared him. Even the main character kuroko calls him akashi and not Seijuro. I think no one in the whole story calls him by his first name except his father.
