What song did Kishore sing for Shammi in Bundelbaaz? The lady mentions the flying sequence, so I assume she means "Bemausam bahaar ka din kaise aaye". The whole song (Kishore's part) is on Rajesh Khanna. At a couple of places, Shammi is seen cloning the lip movements of Kaka/the song, but Kaka can be distinctly seen in the fore/background singing/lipping it. So, this cannot count. What am I missing here? All other KK songs in the movie were on Kaka, as far as I recall. To the best of my recollection, KK sang for Shammi in the following songs (I could be missing a few): Jeevan mitaana hai deewanapan - Amaanat (this should be the first?) Saath saheliya khadi khadi (Vidhaata) Tumsa nahi dekha (Wanted - a song made up of Shammi Kapoor film/song names) Someone here has mentioned the Jaane Anjaane title song - that was in the background, not lipped by Shammi. Please enlighten me here.

Hi, Thanks for writing in with all the details. Actually this is a little tricky question asked by Shammi Kapoor about himself. And the song is the same as you guessed, "Bemausam bahaar ka din kaise aaye" in which while Rajesh Khanna sings the whole song, in one section, Shammi Kapoor just does "Ho Ho Ho" as the ginn. That "Ho Ho" was done by Kishore Kumar for Shammi Kapoor for the first time. A tricky question indeed by the veteran. Please do check more videos of the past at the channel as there are many worth watching ones indeed. Regards Bobby Sing

@@BobbyTalksCinema If you observe carefully, in the "ho ho ho" bit too - it is assumed that Kaka is in the background singing/ lipping it, and Shammi is just replicating his lip movements. His lips don't move during the "ho ho ho" (first) part, he then clones the "ha" bit. I would not consider this as "lipped by Shammi". kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rb6Ga7ySvanZmWw.html
