It's sad how Kiss ignore this album. Not to hear one single song, live. I love every song of it. It's dark, it's heavy, it has personality. Too bad most of the fans prefer them to play only the classics...
@feministcunt68384 жыл бұрын
yeah, I don't understand why , like you said: the fans prefer the classics. KISS played live the same songs because the audience (most of them) don't know the obscure songs, but also they don't have to put any effort on playing others because people keep going to their concerts. I love this album. Carnival of souls and creatures of the night are both my #1 albums of all time. This album is a fucking masterpiece.

I could watch at least an hour documentary on the recording of this release. It's one of my very favorite KISS releases of ALL time and I've been a hard core fan since the early days as a child growing up when they first came out when I was only 8 yrs old in 1974. I think they really reached a mature peek in their career when they did this one...I also felt that with the Elder (keep in mind it was a soundtrack for a potential movie) The diversity of their playing and sound is so wide yet they keep the same flavor and signature feel with their lyrics and style. I cherish this era a lot for many reasons. Incredible production all the way around on everyone's part~!!!

Reunion was an incredible and great thing for many fans. That said, i'm totally agree that it is the Bruce Kulick "and" Kiss album. Bruce, a talented and humble (too much?) musician, great guitarist, a part savior of Kiss (with the Eric's) deserved to print of his hand a Kiss album and it is this one. The underrated but excellent and one of heaviest Kiss albums, the well named Carnival of Souls: The Final Sessions. Reunion was already on that Bruce was still working on this album, making bass, guitars and many productions works. So yes, it would have deserved a tour before making Reunion but as said, business is not waiting... Thank you Bruce Kulick for this album, this is yours and after that, you walk alone...

Sad to have been so right. I mean, yeah - I saw the reunion tour too, and Singer's been back with the band since Peter glitched his ride AGAIN.
