1) It's up to 40 torpedoes 2) Why guess the distribution method, when it's been known for months? It's a free-to-play ship, you can't simply buy crates to get her. You *could* spend about $1800 to convert ship xp to free xp and dump it on the Research Bureau, but no one I know who has Kitakami did that 3) It's a pretty weak ship
