Thanks bro. I have no idea how these ideas come into my head. I kind of start at the end and work backwards- I make them up in my mind every step- when I hit a wall I just go on the look out for a new kit to meet the needs, until it is complete. But I normally have all the parts in my head before I purchase anything at all. You are a good kitbasher so no need to fear :)

@@windrushwargamers2745 In fact I just started them. I painted up an unconverted warband first to try the colour scheme i came up and to experiment with some effect paints.

@@windrushwargamers2745 I was trying out Dirty Down rust effect, Nihilakh Oxide, Blood for the Blood Gody the new Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade. Had a blast painting them and they turned out quite well :)

Thanks bud, I have made the mounted fellowship using the plastics. They were some of the first conversions I ever did. I might dust them off and give them an update though. Have you tried them before?

@@windrushwargamers2745 I have made mounted Legolas, Aragorn and Gandalf from the moria plastic set. For legolas I simply bent his legs to fit on a rohan horse, aragorn and gandalf I cut in half and attached some Roman Legionary(Victrix) rider legs that fit on roman horses. Gandalf was tricky with the robes, im not good with greenstuff. I picked a rising horse standing on its Hind legs for gandalf to make the robes look right(gravity wise). Next week I'm planning to make some pictures and I'll send some conversions to you. I'm especially proud of my new easterling captains made from the corpses in the cataphract set

@@koen0th Very cool, I would love to see the pictures when they come through! Never tried the Vitrix gorses, how do they scale? I did a similar thing with the horse pose for Gandalf :) Excited to see the Easterling conversions too. is there much detail on the underside of them?

@@windrushwargamers2745 the Victrix horses are good. Slightly more buff than ME horses. The easterling backside have some detail, though without a cape it will look plain

I should have clarified that the riders are way too large. The heroic scale is really massive compared to the scale used for MESBG
