I put $2,155,216.69 in a fake bank account and a group of scammers spent days trying everything they could to steal money from me. Was able to collect and report 5 bank accounts from them :)

These guys are generally incredibly disrespectful, but in this case you're misinterpreting their unfamiliarity with English terms of affection. He doesn't realize that it's not a typical thing to call strangers. It's so common I'm not sure how you've never noticed it if you watch these videos. If you’re ever unsure of what to say next, just go along with their script as best as you can (without giving out your real info, obviously) until you feel more confident to improvise. You could always pretend that your phone is cutting out, too, and ask them to repeat what they last said. Even if you can’t keep them in the phone as long as Kit, every second you waste of theirs is still a win.

i did this the other day, it was my wifes phone and i told them i was her, they were so confused with a mans voice and a womans name, he kept trying to say something about my voice but he didnt dare… i was so ready to tear him a new one for commenting on my voice…
