They not keeping it 100 89th nhf and 89 ec were not crip or Blood they were 89 neighborhood Raymond Washington went on that side of central and made them turn crip which became 89th ec so og bear went on the other side of central trying to get get the other side of he tried to get that part of 89th to turn crip as well but they were not feeling that so they killed him and became bloods under the name 89th neighborhood family and by them having a good relationship with the swans both gangs decided to become one which is to this day family swan bloods
