You are hard at work to source ingredients, scaling mountains and cutting down a tree using a scary ax and hatchet . Impressive ! Such a laborious process . What you make is worth the effort , delicious I'm sure. EDIT : There is a palm tree called " buli " which is processed the same way you do to extract the flour like substance from its fibrous trunk . A community effort which you did ALONE ! The result is the real , genuine SAGO , not the imitation from cassava called tapioca flour turned into a product called bobba or tapioca pearls . Your creativity in the kitchen is impressive. Stuffing your nutty confection into dates is ingenius. I'll pay big bucks for that delicious porridge you made out of that flour. Who else has eaten like you do? Not even royals. The Arabs use nuts to stuff dates before serving it to esteemed guests, traditional practice. I look forward to your episodes because I always see something new and rare.
