My sister married my BIL, who earned lesser than her, that is an arranged marriage. Both of them worked it out, and she did not have the ego at all. Now both of them are well settled in their jobs and earn well. He does all the household chores, and takes care of my nephew when she is busy with work. She compensates when he is busy. I really respect him for who he is and what he does. The same with my very close friend. She dated a lot of well settled guyz who cheated her and finally fell in love with her colleague who was less educated than her and earned lesser than her. She was the Director of the company when she married her husband. Today she says she could not have asked for a better husband and better inlaws. She encouraged her husband to pursue higher studies and work hard. She helped him grow in profession and personal life too! They both are very Happy today. We need to change our mindset with respect to these things. What is more important is if the guy is responsible and is willing to make an effort to grow. Does he respect the woman and love her with all the courage he has.

So, you are saying that females don't have ego at all. Ego has nothing to do with gender. What if I want to marry a homemaker but she is having inferiority complex that it is patriarchal and misogynist for which she refused to marry me. On the other hand, I am ready to provide all luxuries to her. Is it not her female ego/inferiority complex? Why does a woman who is a housewife feels that she is inferior as compared to her female friends who are independent?

Aurat to bas physical hokar nikal leti hai, pati hi to 9 months apne kokh mein paalta hai bacche ko , poore zamane ka dukh jhelkar bacche ko paida karta hai, uski hi to ek saath 100 bones tut jaati hai janam dete samay . Aur phir bleeding bhi usse hi hoti hai , breastfeeding bhi wahi karata hai, raat raat bhar wahi jag kar dudh pilata hai . Aurat to bas aise hi naam ki hoti hai.

This is exactly what I always say, not only that, that's how I was raised having a belief than we should always move forward according to the time. But ISKCON still tries to hold onto it's old outdated beliefs. They really do hate this modern 21st century life. They try to brainwash people but it's not their fault it's the people's fault who blindly believe in that organization. It's a terrible thing to just blindly believe and follow something. All Iskcon does is takes advantage that. Trust me they really do hate this modern 21st century life and with they could travel back to the 1st Century bc. They are indirectly trying to tell us we should always live according to that lifetime no matter the century. This lifetime is no good.
